I was told by another company that my furnace needed replacing because it was unsafe. This was 30 minutes after they tried to sell me a $10 part for $350. I turned to Hurliman for a second opinion, and the technicians were outstanding. They were professional, they were on time, they took pictures and showed me why my furnace was actually safe. I will trust this company and use them again. And recommend them to all my friends. Matthew was outstanding.

Service Technician was early (after a quick check with me first), kind and tidy, and professional. The root cause was complex so it took extra attention for him to diagnose, locate a part in town, drive round trip to retrieve it, and then he returned with the same chipper attitude. Well done.

Matthew arrived as scheduled and communicated well. The day the blower motor arrived he and a co-worker immediately came to install it. It took 4 hours and he had to leave at one point to get additional parts. As I have been heating with space heaters for 2 weeks while waiting for the blower motor to arrive, I appreciated the fact he made the extra effort to complete the job in one day. Highly recommend Matthew, Hurliman and Fidelity Home Warranty.

Cameron was very professional and efficient. I was disappointed in dispatch as i told them my husband had to leave at three. This was not communicated to Cameron nor has I told that Cameron might not be finished in that amount of time. I had to leave work so that my husband could make his appointment. Dispatch had very little care for our time or their own technicians time.
