Jerry my technician was very courteous and helpful with explaining what was wrong, the cost associated and alternative options regarding my old Air conditioning system that has been giving us some problems. I am having them quote out a new system to wiegh my cost options etc. Service fee was very reasonable to come out and troubleshoot the problem. Overall very satisfied with the service.

The sincere and skilled technician, Eric, was an immense help to me in that he surpassed 2 HVAC technicians (before & after the purchase of my new home. Prior owners recieved abysmal news of replacement required for HVAC before listing home for sale & I utilized Eric as my "2nd opinion" after the purchase). He took the care and time it required to do a more thorough investigation as to why my air conditioning wasn't running cool and came up with an entirely different diagnosis that was swiftly remedied. Although his time was used pretty efficiently while at my house it still required him to hang around for about 75 minutes to make sure all was running perfectly. The way he explained how items can be missed during a dignosis and the variables that can slow down a system as old as mine was clear and easy to understand. Great demeanor without a "hurried" kind of agenda. Good and honest technician and a good teacher too. I'll be seeking out Hurleman & requesting Eric for future repairs.

I'll definitely be calling again. Our heat went out and no one could get us in the same day. Hurliman squeezed us in because it was 59 in out house with two little kids! Our tech was great! He was very nice and helpful and came out an hour before his time window. Super thankful for them!

Love the ability to book online and the accountability. Kept me updated and Cameron was very professional. Appreciate the honesty and transparency of the business. We only use Hurliman for all properties.

Our contractor choose Hurliman to design and install a new heating system and AC for our new construction build. The system did not get turned on for 8 months after installation. Once we turned the system on it ran for 5 days and then I noticed water leaking from the ceiling. The system was installed in an attic space. The ceiling was ruined. Turns out that the installation technicians did not connect a safety switch or plug in the condensation pump. Then a another switch went out and we had to wait over a week with no heat to have it replaced. Then the lines kept freezing causing the heater to shut down. They installed heat tape however they still freeze if the temp drops below zero. The company has switched owners and the original staff whom designed the system are no longer there. The system was less then a year old and Hurliman has decided it will not honor the warranty. The system is not able to adequately heat the home. We subsided with wood heat. Hurilman has decided to blame us for their poor design and sloppy installation by punishing the owner and not honoring their warranty. Do your research prior to hiring this company with it's new owner.

Matthew did an outstanding job. He really went above and beyond getting our furnace back up and running quickly! We would definitely recommend them and we will use them again!

Mathew was great! Very knowledgeable and kind. He worked quickly. We lost heat in the middle a cold snap/snow storm. They responded quickly and had it up and running in about 30 min.

This was the first company that responded to my home warranty claim after a week. I’m glad it was them. They were quick & efficient. The technician was honest with me. Another company quoted me $600 when it was a $200 job. Thanks Jerry & Hurliman Heating & AC, you guys were awesome!!
