    Eric showed up and was very professional. He took his time checking our system and found the problem. He repaired it right away. He walked me through what was wrong and then took the time to show me where the problem was. I would highly recommend this company.

    So my furnace stopped working on Saturday morning I called them and the message said that they would respond within an hour the website also shows that they do after hours service calls and that's why I left a message and waited for hours for them to call me back on Monday morning at 8:30 I finally got a call back but I didn't understand since they do say after our services rendered so I'm highly disappointed.

    This horrible company cut 4 holes into our just completed roof of our brand new home, then "Oops" sorry didn't need those, then plugged the holes with roof vents that don't vent, their plugs. They installed ceiling vents in 2 bedrooms up to another chamber in the attic, then didn't bother to connect to the HVAC system. The county inspector failed their work, DUH. They showed up one day, then not again for 1-1/2 weeks. Do not hire this company you will regret it. I didn't hire them my contractor did, still trying to figure out why, a kick back or something.

    We had to use Hurlimans for our AC claim through American Home Shield. They treated us poorly from the first interaction. My husband called them to set an appointment and they were rude. The tech came out to diagnose the system and made me feel like an inconvenience. His words after I told him our AC issue was “well what do you want me to do” after he diagnosed the problem we had to wait a week just for him to fix it. When he came back he had the same unfriendly attitude and when I asked him a question he said well you’re not the customer American Home Shield is. My husband told him the issue and he ignored it.... he fixed the leaking valve (even though both were leaking and we told him that!!!) he had to go back to the shop to get another valve and he even put in the wrong Freon! After it was done he showed us the total amount that wasn’t covered under our warranty and it was $150! I just checked my account and they took out $229 without notifying us!!!!!! Hurlimans is a totally rude and dishonest company. We have never had any issues with Bills Heating and AC or Sturm! We will never use them again and if our warranty company chooses them we will decline
