Omgosh!! These guys were great. Outstanding communication, kept me up to date when they were coming. Sent a email showing me a pic of who was going to be coming to my door. Eric the tech was awesome. Polite, communicated the issue that needed to be fixed. Answered all my questions. Would highly recommend Hurliman to friends and family. Unfortunate situation made much better by outstanding customer service.

Hurliman, company customers first. The owner hearing we were on a budget, worked with us to get the right price. Lots of options to fit customers price point. Estimated two day job to replace the furnace and the AC. They had three installers show up and we’re done in less than seven hours. Expertise, courtesy and quality is what it’s like to hire this company.

Hurliman Heating and Air Conditioning was recommended to us for a general evaluation of our HVAC system in our newly purchased home that we did not have records of maintenance on, from the previous owner. Ivan came to our home and was very professional, competent and efficient in looking at the heating and cooling system with recommendations for us. He had the tools and knowledge to give us confidence that our system was working well and had suggestions for ensuring continued operation and healthy air quality for our home. This company is top quality!

Mathew was earlier than expected, ( great) he set up his equipment and put the system through the paces, couldn't find signs of leak. Other service was offered but I declined as it would not solve the current problem. We agreed to fill system and run it until fall, A/C is running great , keeps up even in 95 plus heat. Its been three years since system had been serviced. Very pleased with the service.

After our old A/C stopped working and the company we had been working with failed to repair it or offer us an estimate for a new unit, we decided to look elsewhere. We wanted a Carrier A/C since we had received great reports from trusted family members. When I called the NATIONAL Carrier number and asked for a qualified representative in the Spokane Valley area, they recommended Hurliman and told me that they had recently received a special award for their quality of service. I then called Hurliman and their response amazed me. They said they would have someone come to our home the very next day. Matt Shandy came, promptly, evaluated our situation, gave us several options to choose from and we were able to order a new unit that same day. Now, this week, just as temperatures are beginning to increase and we really want a new A/C, Mitchell Fowler and Hunter came 2 days in a row and installed a new Carrier unit. it is so quiet compared to our old A/C and it requires only half the electricity as our old A/C, so we are expecting reduced utility costs, while using a more efficient, superior product. We have been extremely pleased with Hurliman's responsiveness and the professionalism of their personnel. We will be recommending them to all of our family and friends who may have need to seek the services of a heating &/or A/C company.

The dispatcher was responsive and friendly. The installer was prompt and, despite finding the job to be more complicated than described by the landlord, worked diligently to restore air conditioning to the home. We are happy with the services and would recommend to others.

This is my first experience with this company and I would absolutely recommend them. Mathew was on time, kind, courteous and very knowledgeable in his trade. He thoroughly inspected and explained the heating and air conditioning systems for my grandmothers house to make sure everything was clean and in good working order. I will be calling them for any future needs. Thank you!

I had Hurliman come out to inspect and repair my AC that wasn't working. Tech was very knowledgeable and professional, however I was charged $500 for a part that I later looked up the part # and found for $30 online, and seemingly got double charged for the labor to install it. I don't feel the pricing is fair or very upfront, however if you have money to burn Hurliman does quality work. Not giving 1 star simply for the quality work and professionalism of the tech.

I got a service the day after my request. Eric showed up on time, detected the issue and replaced the defective component (Nest thermostat). He was very competent, polite and patiently, replying any question I had. We are very satisfied.

The technician, Cameron B., who serviced my HVAC system today did a great job. He was very detailed in his inspection of my HVAC system and thorough. He was able to explain problems clearly so that I could understand. He was also on time and dressed professionally.
