Matthew was called out on an emergency no heat call. We are renters managed through Cooke Really. The furnace was not completing its cycle so we were without heat. With the extreme cold and abundant number of service calls it took a day for a response. He did a thorough job of checking the cycles of the operation of the furnace. We played with the thermostat to try to get heat and after 2 hours the furnace started to work yesterday. He suggested that the problem could be with one of the switches on the thermostat that did not make contact at the time of the call. Thanks for checking things for us Matthew.

Called for our furnace turning off and back on in brief intervals. Mathew D. came and found a crack in our heat exchanger. (The unit was original to the house and 25 years old). Matt professionally explained the issue and regretfully explained it needed to be decommissioned. Luckily we have other means of heat, and i truly appreciate Matt’s level of detail and caution when approaching safety issues like this. Kudos to Matt! Just made the company a long term customer!

My wife and I usually don't do surveys or product responses but this is a review of a personal nature to determine what kind of rating for Kurtis Bishop is warranted. If we could give him 10 stars, we would. He was tasked to service our heating and A/C systems for our personal residence and also for our rental. He was very knowledgeable and his expertise showed. He found a problem and even though it required a part that is no longer produced due to the age of our system he found a way to revamp it and made it work better. He explained the workings of a number of items that I had not realized before that can aid in preventative measures in the future. Very professional. Who does that nowadays? At our rental he not only did the required maintenance in a cramped space without complaint he also assisted me in removing some old metal runs (heating duct pipes) that your company replaced earlier with insulated flexible piping. It didn't take very long to pull them out but that was something that the previous crew was supposed to have done and did "not" do. I believe that technician, in charge, who previously did that job is no longer with your company, I can understand why. As far as I'm concerned Kurtis is what I would refer to as a "keeper". He is a quality worker and he definitely deserves even more than a dinner as a reward for his services. Sincerely, Alan & Jan H.

Easy and prompt estimate for replacing a mini-split system in my home. Scheduled work for the following week. Guys that did the work were great - got it done the way I wanted and everything works like it should. They cleaned up well after the job was done. Would definitely use them again.

They fixed my fireplace, venting issue because it was installed incorrectly, also fixed the igniter, cleaned it all out, sprayed the backs of the fireplace as well, cleaned up all of their messes, and even came back because it wouldn't stay lit, which they left the rag in the vent, oops. But now I am loving it... and it is not leaving soot behind... Plus they had to go back to the Spokane Shop to get the right part that was fried, which took almost 2 hrs round trip. So they truly went beyond their scope of work to get it all done....So it is all working perfectly. So thank you!!!
