My furnace needed to be replaced and everyone from Hurliman was awesome. Eric in sales was very professional and helpful in choosing my new furnace. He got my installation scheduled for the next day which I greatly appreciated since I had been without heat for 5 days. And the day of the installation I had Bart and Kade as the technicians installing my new furnace. They were both very professional and did an awesome job. Bart was very helpful and answered all my numerous questions.

The techs, Shawn and Cameron, showed up within the expected time window, called ahead to let me know when they'd be here, and did routine replacement of a humidifier filter and check of the heat pump. Both techs were professional, courteous and friendly, and the system is working as it should.
