Our plumber arrived when he said he would and was very professional. Always wish it were cheaper and we did have to adjust our hot and cold water valves after he left, but overall would use them again.

I'm a DIY type so when our kitchen drain started gushing sudsy dishwasher water into the garden outside our kitchen I dug up the leaking pipe and discovered it was not draining. I tried flushing it out with pressure from the garden hose but the water only seemed to come back up into the hole I dug.

I decided to call for professional help and since the other outfit I called was unable to get here for a week I made an appointment with Trusted Plumbing and Heating in only two days.

Since our blockage turned out to be hardened grease their heated high pressure water jet made quick work of clearing out the grease. Then they ran a camera down the line to verify that it was clean, and to identify some problems that need to be fixed. We had a low spot that holds water all the time and a section of our 76 year old sewer line had no bottom.

Now for the best part: They used a locator device to identify the exact location of the needed repairs, just "two feet down from right here."

Those two guys, James and David, really know what they're doing! I need some more plumbing work to be done and now I know who to call.

My overall experience was just right! Jim came out, looked around to attempt to give me a better deal on the price and unfortunately didn't find one. So I had to do the more expensive option, but we got the problem fixed quickly and everything done.

[Google-specific EDIT] These folks are welcome to keep trying to discredit our reviews here and elsewhere, but we've already provided plenty of legitimate documentations and correspondences to review sites which has resulted in our reviews STAYING and will continue to do so if/when our authenticity are challenged again.

[May 2017 EDIT] We've been notified that this business has been going around trying to get my review(s) posted across various websites removed on account of spurious, false claims AND/OR minimizing and invalidating my CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. I definitely do NOT appreciate ageist AND misogynist/sexist-tinged comments, which is highly UNPROFESSIONAL at best. I was/am the sole assistant manager/principal office administrative assistant who especially deals with correspondences with companies and businesses that we are/have been served by. I fully represent and speak on behalf of persons who were on site AND the persons who were billed AND paid for this repair, not to mention I have personally interacted with personnel at Trusted, including but not limited to Mr. Jim/James Cunningham himself.

Trying to silence me/my reviews are extra reprehensible ON TOP OF the prior experience. No amount of their/his excuses on account of the type of company and their way of doing things can negate or justifies their sly attempts to silence my reviews while commenting publicly disrespectfully and dismissively of me where they can AND ALREADY HAVE. FYI, it seems like this company has been similarly challenging low-star, negative, detailed reviews of other former customers. Instead of trying to "hush up" truthful albeit reviews they don't like, perhaps Trusted Heating & Plumbing would do better to re-examine its policies, rates, practices and etc. and work on just HOW to improve and REMEDY their wrongs.

This company was hired Summer-Fall of 2016** for a replacement of just two pipe complement/joint parts, made out of plastic PVC, underneath a sink. The service person was in and out in approximately 30 minutes. Imagine our unpleasant surprise when we were to pay a total amounting to several hundreds of dollars for such a quick, simple repair.

They didn't even bother with a properly itemized invoice first. In addition, some of the contact information was posted incorrectly on their website (I do hope they fixed it by now after I told them), and the (trade?) license number listed as part of their official business heading is so small and almost illegible on the invoice/bill. No business license number was listed on that paper or their website, so I took the pains to go through the local** government to get that myself.

After some exchange of communications across various channels such as over the phone and emails a good amount of time, this company explained away their practices and costs on account of being a "Flat rate company," but after consulting few other local professionals in this service area, it rather feels like** this business is clearly pushing stuff on and overcharging their unknowing customers and getting away with it. I/my reviews does not seem to be alone, as** echoed by several other reviews I have now seen and read across various review sites. So I recommend to prospective customers just be aware and be careful.

My furnace has been not coming on when it should as its 60°'s in my house downstairs atm... it comes on for like 20 mins and then goes off..

Called these guys out to figure out a problem with my furnace. Guy came out 45 mins late and said there was nothing wrong with it (it was working when he got there)...

They left saying nothing was wrong with it and to keep an eye on it. I called them back about an hour after he left and booked an apt for following Monday. Today rolled on and they missed their apt time. I called the company and asked what was happening and they said they couldn't make it today. I asked why I wasn't called and was met with nothing. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I was talking to him (Jim) and he was also the guy who came out...

He said they would not make it today and he didn't see the point as everything was working fine. I asked him what he meant and he pretty much told me I need to find a new HVAC guy...

I hung up and did just that.

I will say they didn't charge me for coming out, which was nice but still terrible customer service and what an attitude. :(

Stay away from these guys.
