Asked specifically for a heater tech. To fix a leak and answer questions.. sent 2 nice kids that didn't/ couldn't answer or fix anything.. was then told a heater tech would be back later that day.. waited all afternoon.. finally I called the office at 5:30 was told by a very unfriendly man "too bad.. miscommunication, nobody is coming to fix your heat today.. what do you want me to do about it?" Bad customer service.. bad communication.. waisted an entire day for these jokers.. I still don't have a working heater.. and wasn't offered any solutions even as far as scheduling.. nothing.. just plane bad form.. if this is what you get before they touch anything.. makes you wonder what quality of work they do...

Technician was prompt and knowledgeable. He quickly identified all issues and performed repairs. Slight sticker shock at plumbing costs in general, but we were entirely satisfied with the prompt resolution of our problem.

little job turned into a hige one. Dave and Clint worked tirelessly on an old house with complications, always with a great sense of humor, making me comfortable with what was being done. definitely would recommend trusted Heatingand Plumbing, and will use them in the future

They were awesome First they made it work to come out to assess the situation the same day and were back first thing next morning to start working. Stayed till job was done and it looks great!

Overall experience was very good. My only complaint, and it's a minor one, is that the written estimate was a little vague. After getting that resolved, all went well.

Great company. They fixed the problem the same day. The guys that came by were nice and willing to explain what they were doing. They didn't try to trick me into getting anything extra like you hear some companies do.

I had a broken water line in my barn, chewed by rodents until it leaked. Trusted Plumbing located the leak, removed a small section of the floor and replaced the damaged pipe. They also removed the old water heater and took it away for me. The work was done quickly and thoroughly. I'll be keeping their card for any future plumbing needs.

This was a sink and faucet replacement as well as upgrading plastic water lines and fixtures to faucet with metal. We are extremely satisfied with the work done and will have them back for future projects. Thanks for all your help!! :)

Company came out to repair a hot water heater they installed 2 years ago. The thermostat had gone bad and they had no problem fixing it under warranty. I did have to pay for labor which is understandable but they handled the warranty claim for the parts. While they were here I also asked about replacing a hose bib and they quoted me a fair price and said they could do it right away during the same visit.

A couple weeks later I started having the same problem with my hot water heater and they came out, fixed another part, and didn't charge me.

Really appreciate their hard work and making sure the customer is taken care of.
