Vital did a project for our event planning business and we could not have been happier! Cody was our plumber and was beyond great! He was professional, pleasant, knowledgable and productive. Highly recommend!!

Just had Mike out for an emergency clog in a stack on one of our buildings. Super fast, clean Courteous and got the report back on the issues immediately.

I've seen multiple 1 star reviews on here that seem to be from the same person. Vital maintains a strong set of core values. Honesty and Integrity being at the center. Maintaining these values throughout the whole organization is very important to management, and anyone who does not adhere to them is let go. Several employees in the past few months have been let go specifically for not adhering to these values. It's a shame that these employees would further detract from their character by continuing to lack honesty and integrity.

Vital is an incredible company that has a lot of satisfied customers. The company offers some of the most transparent pricing, communication and marketing in the industry. Call the company and they will have pages of references from respected members of the business community to give to you.

This mechanical company is different. They always have my best interest at heart when caring for my equipment and don't make me feel like a number. The Tecs are so nice and knowledgeable. They stream line their reporting to make it easy for me to get up to speed and make quick decisions for repairs. Their capital report is extremely helpful for planning out bigger costs for replacements. They are more than just great technicians.

Vital visited our site, performed a survey and provided a prompt proposal which we accepted. The follow-up work of installing (2) server room split systems was excellent. Thanks Kelsey and Team.

Outrageous pricing tried to charge me over 800 to diagnose a leak in a single zone wall unit then charged me 1200 to replace coil under manufacturing warranty. Had I known it was going to be that much to diagnose a problem it would of made more sense to let me buy a new wall unit and pay the 1200 to install it. I will be sure to let every customer and contractor I deal with to stay clear.

Called in to the office after meeting one of their techs on a site, who never bothered to return my calls. Was greeted with "hey, what parts did you need?" Confused, I responded that I wasn't sure what she meant. She replies "oh, this isn't Dave? Hold on a second." After leaving me on hold for more than 2 minutes, she comes back on to ask what I was calling about, and when I explained, she tells me "oh, no, you need to speak with Ron, hold on while I see if he's around" and hangs up on me. Way to lose a shot at a $100k+ job!
