Vital Mechanical has been providing HVAC, plumbing, and emcs services at Brickman's downtown Seattle commercial buildings for the past four years. This includes preventative maintenance, repairs, as well as new construction related to tenant improvement projects.
Vital is a company truly based on customer service. This culture starts with owner, Kevin Almon, and is shared by the office staff along with the field tech's. Whenever I call Vital Mechanical for a variety of needs I am confident the issue at hand will be coordinated and resolved in a professional and timely manor. I highly recommend Vital Mechanical.

Here's the type of level of "service" you can expect: while driving a limited-range EV north on I-5 at ~5:15 AM (yes, "AM") one of their "service" vehicles pulled right up on my butt while I was driving at about 50-55 MPH and laid on the horn.

There were 4 or 5 lanes and I was over to rhe right. Here's a novel idea--pass me, if you want to go faster, and leave me alone. I wouldn't hire these anal pores if they were the last mechanical shop on earth.

Mike saved my day, after I called him he showed up in no time with a great attitude and customer service, and he got the job done in very professional service, I recommend vital mechanical to everyone has any issues with plumbing or HVAC

Very rude drivers especially the person in the van with license plate C08464E. They obviously don't care about your equipment if they treat other drivers so badly that they nearly side swipe them while cutting them off without a blinker.

They get here quick, techs are knowledgeable and professional, rates are reasonable and they get the job done. What more could you want?
