We had a blockage in our sewer. Jim came over and assessed what is going on. We had this problems and contacted several different companies. Jim uncovered a major problem in our sewer. It was blocked by the light post. Others did not see that. We were given only temporary solutions. But with Jim's discovery, it faved the way for the final solution. Thanks, Jim. I can truly say that they can really be "Trusted".

We had a clogged drain and they came over quickly and fixed the problem and did not overcharge us. They were fast and professional. I would recommend them. To often many of us complain but don't tkae the time to leave compliments or positive feedback. These guys did a great job. Very happy with our working sewer. It's amazing how we don't appreciate the simple things like a dishwasher until we can't use it.

Nathan and Thomas were quite pleasant, helpful, courteous, and professional. They went above and beyond helping my elderly mother with several issue: sump pump, ice maker water line repair, and kitchen drain line repair. They were extremely respectful in wearing masks and shoe coverings entering the home.

Trusted Plumbing has a professional Team from office admin to the plumbers and technicians that come out to provide the service requested. On time, friendly and more importantly they are knowledgeable and get the task done.

Love these guys! I've hired Trusted Plumbing twice for two separate projects and both times have been surprised at how far they go to meet the customer's needs. In one instance, both the owner and his son were involved to help me resolve an issue as quickly as possible (the son came to my house on his day off). They're incredibly straightforward, honest people that give you an estimate before the project begins (and don't revise that estimate upwards after-the-fact like others I've used). Would highly recommend to anyone.

We came home Thursday afternoon to find we have no water coming to the house. Our well pump was installed in 1973 down to 187 feet. Located Trusted Plumbing & Heating via Home Advisor Friday morning. They said they will be out between 12-3, but showed up to my surprise at 9am. James and Tom did a fantastic job in carefully raising the pipe. I watched and was impressed with the attention to detail and quality of work. Their integrity showed. Also, I had them replace my 20 year old hot water tank. Being without water I was impressed how well they responded and the quality of work they did. I highly recommend them.

They came out the day after I called. The other plumbing companies were going to put me on a list and get back to me at least a week later. They were nice ro us and gave us anesstimate before jumping in and fixing two huge problems in and under our house. I recommend them.

Called Trusted Plumbing & Heating for a second opinion on our furnace that wouldn't turn on. The first company quoted us up to $8,000. James, our service tech, was great. He was honest and gave us a totally different diagnosis from the first company, which ended up only costing $800. They were done with the job in less than 2 hours. Would recommend this company to anyone.

I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for quality work and reasonable pricing. Repeat customer and both times I’ve received great customer service, they completed the services quickly and overall were really easy to deal with! Will definitely continue to look to them for all plumbing/heating needs!
