The plumber came to my condo on 5/19/2021 because a new toilet had to be installed and the shower tub spout had a heavy dripping (almost running water). So, I asked the plumber if I really needed to have the shower valve replaced (the pipes). The plumber said no, but told me that the cartridge inside of the shower valve had to be replaced. The plumber replaced two parts of the cartridge (outside and inside), but did not replace the middle part of it. With an old middle part inside of the cartridge, the problem was not solved. The plumber came back to reopen the cartridge, and that was when I saw that there was an old part in the middle of the two new parts. Then, I asked him why he had two new parts in the outside of the cartridge and one old part in middle of it. I am not plumber, but it is obvious if a part of any mechanics/electronics has three pieces, all three pieces should be replaced together so that such part can function well. The plumber realized that he needed to have the middle part new as well. Then, he purchased the third part and reinstalled the cartridge. Unfortunately, the problem was solved only for a few weeks. Then, the tub spout started leaking again although not as bad as before.

The kitchen faucet was so badly installed by the plumber provided by Trusted Plumbing & Heating that could have become a serious water leak. The plumber had to come back to fix the problem. I have attached a video and a picture, but you cannot see it, I was able to make a screenshot of the worst part of the installation. When I spoke with the manager/owner about the water in the toilet running once a while, he told me that if the water was not running at the time the plumber would be in my condominium, I was going to be charged for the call. I also told the manager/owner that in my opinion Trusted Plumbing & Heating should return the payment I made for the installation and parts I paid for the cartridge installation as the problem was not solved. He told me that he was not going to return any money.

The manager did not want to speak with me anymore and hung up.

Ask yourself, do you want to have a plumber that will not do a good job in the first time? Do you want a plumber that will have to come back two, three times, and it does not fix the problem you have in your home?

Well this is now the second time I've had the opportunity to use trusted heating and plumbing. Both times I had the same plumber, Grant, and each time he was so thorough and really took the time to listen and then explain everything that's going on while trying to minimize the disruptions that plumbing issues can cause a commercial business.

I also really appreciate that both times when I called they were able to schedule me quickly and even reschedule me for same-day service when the opportunity presented itself.

I'm more than happy to give this review and refer people any time they come across a plumbing problem

I was lucky enough to have the plumber Grant from Trusted Plumbing and Heating be sent down to my co-op unit in Capitol Hill two times over the last few weeks. He was addressing two separate issues which were not related. In both instances he and his apprentice dove right into the work. They were clean, respectful, good communicators and kept me informed through out the entire process. Both issues were resolved successfully and in both instances they came in on or under budget. I would not hesitate to recommend Grant from Trusted Heating and Plumbing - if I were you I would ask for him by name!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! WORST SERVICE EVER! I had a clogged toilet and called a professional because I wanted to ensure that my toilet was left in good conditions. I called the company after seeing this on their website "Our methods are minimally invasive so you have no reason to worry about damages to your home. "

This was clearly a false promise as they left my toilet completely scratched and damaged. When I got in contact with the customer service they literally took two weeks to respond (I emailed and called multiple times). Their response was pretty much: we have a liability protection clause so not our problem.

I will never use their services again. Such a nightmare.

I’m so happy with the service I received from Trusted. They installed several faucets and P-traps in a timely manner. I always felt respected by the person answering the phone and the technicians. Their patience is commendable, given challenges by my warranty company.

Out of 4 companies I interviewed, they were the only ones that provided the level of detail and transparency I was after. Rough-In of toilet, sink and tub pipes, followed by the installation of all fixtures. This company has landed on my "go-to" list for all plumbing needs.
