We will only use Trusted Plumbing and Heating at our facility, they do a great job at a reasonable price. They are very knowledgeable and honest with their proposals and keep you updated on their progress as the work is completed. We are very confident in recommending them for any plumbing or heating problems no matter what the size they will do a great job! Their technicians are more than qualified and professional to help you with your needs.

I had Nathan C out to inspect and diagnose our drainage issues. Toilets were gurgling and eventually stopped flushing. Nathan flushed a few times, got on the roof, and claimed the work to be completed. The bill was $400! We paid it, and 33 days later, it got worse. Toilet leaking, washing machine won’t drain, shower, the works. I called them back for assistance and the lady said I have to pay another $50 to diagnose the issue. Fool me once shame on me.... Please look elsewhere before calling this business. Ironically, I don’t trust them to properly diagnose or stand behind their work. Trust me, stay away.

Ahhhh, the joys of being a homeowner... Fortunately, Trusted Plumbing took care of my leaking kitchen faucet, continuous water flowing toilet within hours of my calling for help. They were professional and courteous. The cost was pretty industry standard. I thought it was reasonable for the work they performed. I highly recommend this company.

First visit they installed a new disposal. On time and done well. Second visit found leak was in old pvc pipe in yard installed by previous owners and capped off pvc system.

Called for clogged sewer pipe in my office building. Came out right away and fixed everything up quickly. They also cleaned the bathroom after they were done! Price was fair, especially for the stellar, prompt service.

Their equipment was top-of-the-line with their hot water Hydro jetting equipment. They were able to clear all the grease from the commercial kitchen in our church. We highly recommend their services.

There aren't many times one can say they enjoyed having the plumber out to fix leaky plumbing and a clogged drain, but I sure did enjoy having Don and Kai out last week. Very personable and knowledgeable! Don explained what was causing my issues and the various ways to go about solving them. Then he let me decide! Kai figured the estimate and then they were right to fixing things! Honest, trustworthy, thoughtful, efficient, skilled, knowledgeable are just a few of the word to describe these men. Showed up late.. rude emails and calls. They didn’t have a reasonable way to pay with CC and threatened to file a lien on my property because it took me two weeks to get a check in the mail.

I love this company. Best plumber I've ever used. James has helped us with four different issues over the past few months since we bought our house. (It's a 100-year old house in Magnolia.) He's been super responsive, skilled, and clean. I will continue to use him whenever a plumbing issue comes up!

Today was our second project completion with Trusted Plumbing. Last summer we had them out to replace our water main which they set up temporary water service over the weekend with their own equipment (above and beyond, thank you!) before completing the job quickly and efficiently the next business day.

They've now serviced a leaking exterior faucet and replaced an ancient water heater for us as well. James was punctual, communicative, and professional. Their prices are competitive and they were able to work within our schedule. We'll be using Trusted Plumbing for any & all of our future needs.
