We woke up the other day to learn that our hot water heater had gone, they were able to come and replace it the same day.

I usually don't leave a lot of reviews but after talking with Kyle from Lynnwood Heating LLC company about my broken down furnace and having them show up a few hours after I called them was an impressive start. This company was able to give me an appointment on the same day I called and were able to fit me on their busy schedule.
Once Kyle & the other tech showed up they immediately started to troubleshoot my broken down furnace problem quickly. I was highly impressed because in minutes he was able to pinpoint the broken down part. I highly recommend everyone to contact & use this company for their heating needs. After getting several bids from the big name fireplace stores, I contacted Kyle. His communication was great, he was on time and his bid was well under the other guys. He even noticed some other items I needed fixed and did it without charging me extra! He is very knowledgeable and explained everything in laymen’s terms. My parents heating system finally gave out after 35 years. During the consultation Kyle was honest and transparent about the options available. It was decided to replace the heater. Throughout the install it was very visible Kyle puts his heart and passion into his work through his attention to detail and work ethic. The value is not simply the products offered but in the service provided. My dad is one who would prefer to fix things himself, Kyle was able to explain the whys to what they were doing and include my dad in the conversation as they worked. As a child it is always a concern someone will attempt to take advantage, perform a bare minimum service or be neglectful to the curiosity in the process. Those concerns were quickly put at ease. I had a very short window of time to get my mini split replaced before closing on the sale of my home.
