Kyle and team were spectacular. Right from the get go, Kyle provided a timely and reasonably priced estimate. He was not pushy at all - he explained the pros and cons of heat pump vs. AC for our existing furnace system, sent over the estimate, and then gave us plenty of time to make a decision. Once we did, he promptly scheduled it, and his team arrived right on time, did the job very well, and left the space clean! Highly recommend their services!

Kyle and team were extremely professional, punctual, got the job done in time, and cleaned up in the end. Our heating had to be shut off for AC installation on a cold day and they made sure to finish the job quickly and also restored the heat for the short period they had to step out. I would absolutely recommend them!

Our furnace bit the dust in the middle of the night. I called Lynnwood Heating and they sent a technician out in under an hour to diagnose. I was hoping they could fix our 20 year old furnace but unfortunately it was too far around the bend 💀
Kyle and his team were able to come out the very next day to install a new furnace for a totally reasonable price.

Super great company to go with if you need any heating services. No one ever plans to have to replace their furnace but with a big purchase and what could otherwise be a stressful process, Lynnwood Heating made it easy and I felt confident in their advice and guidance. I needed help with HEAT PUMP AND FURNACE ISSUE; I relied on the excellent reviews online and called Lynnwood Heating. Most of my communication was via text (easiest for me). Kyle responded quickly & was friendly and easy to work with. Per my request, kyle and josh came over next day which I appreciated. They arrived promptly at my home, was professional & thoughtful about the work. Both did a great job and cleaned up! (Also, I appreciated their honesty.) They are very professionals and we talked while they worked to not make us feel like "customers", but more like friends.
They even make a time to come after hours to address my concerns also responded my questions even after the job ….

Avoid at all costs! These guys are incompetent and unprofessional. My furnace had acted up briefly, but I got it going after removing the air filter. Called these guys thinking I should get it checked out just to be safe. Furnace was working before their "tech" showed up. He started giving me a high-pressure sales pitch for a new system before even laying a finger on the furnace. After he tinkered with it for a bit the furnace wouldn't start. Instead of fixing the problem, he just threw up his hands and said I needed a new furnace. Could not explain why he turned a working furnace into a brick. I called the owner/manager who backed up his "tech", and suggested I get a new furnace, or get a new ignitor/pressure switch to the tune of several hundred dollars. At this point I had zero trust in their abilities and terminated the visit. Later on I called another heating company and their professional tech found that these guys had routed the ignitor wire improperly and it was arcing instead of getting the voltage to the ignitor. Bottom line: stay away.

I called because our tankless hot water heater had stopped working, and Josh was out at our house working on it within 2 hours. He not only got it back up and running, but also inspected/performed maintenance on our furnace at no extra charge.

He also gave us a very competitive quote on a new tankless water heater for when our old one gives out, but was not pushy or anything...Just wanted us to have all the information.

We very much appreciated Josh's positive attitude, as it's not always fun having a big ticket appliance stop working, but now feel very confident calling Lynnwood Heating again when we need.

Excellent service. It was nice of him to provide a temporary solution to my AC not working over the phone so I can think more about the permanent options!

Kyle was a pleasure to work with. He told me exactly how he was going to re-install my furnace, heat pump and the new ducting for our second story addition and followed through with those plans to a T. Within a week of first making contact, the system was installed and the work was inspected and passed. I will be using Kyle and Lynnwood Heating for all of my heating and cooling needs.

When dealing with HVAC companies you will get pushed out weeks maybe even months, but kyle helped me get my furnace back up and running again in not time, he told me he will be here at 9:30 he was here at 9:25. Professional & on-time! I would suggest Kyle and his team to anyone!
