Kyle was responsive and professional. I got quotes in Feb 2022. I chose Lynnwood above the other companies for many reasons: time to install, having inventory in hand, resonable pricing. Installation was scheduled within a week of signing the contract. Install took 1.5 days. There was an initial issue with the new thermostat, and Kyle was quick to resolve/replace/configure the replacement. Currently, writing this review during the July 2022 heatwave and the new heat pump is working like a champ. I highly recommend Kyle!

Since our heatwave last summer we had been getting outrageous quotes from local well known businesses. Overpriced equipment and labor with scheduling delays half of a year away.

We recently moved in our very first home, with crazy housing market our budget was tight- on top had to do lots of repair. Our furnace needs to exchange and vent system repaired. I asked for quotes from few companies - just to find out the prices was sky high with them. Found Lynwood heating- they came checked our system: not only I have a new furnace that don’t need the old vent system ( saved me money of the repair) but also have have a new tankless high efficient water system, all for half the price what the other two companies was charging. Not only that Kyle and Adrian was efficient and timely, friendly and honest.
To add to all these, our Cheque bounced but they were understanding of the situation and patience with my timing( as I work nights).. finally I came to know about the rebates for the new furnace and water heater from PSE - but I lost my bill- when I approached Kyle - he was very kind to make a new one. Kyle responded very quickly on furnace break down and Josh did the furnace replacement is good and fast.

Kyle installed a condenser heat pump / AC coil in our existing gas heat forced air system. He was responsive and the job was done in a few days. Since we were out of town while most of the work was done he had access to our home. Everything was left clean. Trustworthy guy who provides quality work and fair prices. I’ll be recommending his services to anyone who needs this type of work.

Our furnace quit working one day so I called Kyle and he showed up the same day in the early afternoon. He spent about 30 minutes at the house working on the furnace. Whatever he did caused the furnace to work again but he felt like it wasn’t enough to charge us anything so he did the service free of charge. He also fixed our vent on our hot water heater.

He gave us a quick quote on a new furnace and came back WAY under the competition for the same product. We will definitely be calling Kyle and Lynnwood Heating again.

Recently we had a problem with my thankless water heater, so I called the manufacture to get some references and got Kyle’s reference. We were skeptical about the contractor whom we are going to work with to fix my water heater but after meeting Kyle and seeing his work we are extremely impressed. I can certainly say that he owns the problem until it fixed and goes above and beyond. He is genuinely nice, professional and stands on his words 100% of the time.
