I had a furnace put in a few years ago. From day one it was noisy, at the time no one knew how to fix it. I lived with it for awhile, but then on a recent service I was told what the problem was, and it would be > 1000 to fix. After multiple attempts to reach someone, I wrote a review here. Within a day or so, someone reached out to me. We had some difficulty connecting, but eventually we did. We got a time set, and a technician came out and replaced the part for only the labor - there is additional circumstances where paying the labor was acceptable to me. The furnace is now operating the way it should have since the beginning, and the part that was wearing out has been replaced.

Final conclusion: It is difficult to communicate with them, but they do want to stand by their product and take care of their customers.

We use Washington Energy for most all of our services and I am 100% satisfied. They show up on time or they call to tell you they are running a little behind schedule. We are very impressed with Josh, his personality, professionalism, attention to detail, and explanation of services and how things are running. This level of support is exemplary.

We had our yearly furnace check up and filter change last week. The service technician, Liam, was the best we have had! He was on time, efficient and explained everything so we could understand. I hope we have him in the future.

New hot water heater had some regulator issues but Cory and his team went above and beyond and replaced what was needed quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend them as their integrity and willingness to take care of their customers is second to none.

Had a bad experience with this company to start off with they gave the driver Sergio the wrong address and he couldn't locate the house, I had to wait around to the end of the day to have the furnace checked out. If you have work done by this company they do not deduct any portion of the expensive diagnostic fee from the bill like other furnace companies do such as Taylor's heating.

Had an exterior faucet replaced. Chris was professional, knowledgeable and had the job finished in record time. No mess, very little inconvenience. What I have come to expect from Washington Energy Services. Thank you. Patricia Kale

Your team was fast and efficient, didn't even take a break, just installed a new water tank and furnace in 4 hours even with a stubborn old furnace that didn't want to come out. The timing was great during a cold but dry spell and our heat pump kept us reasonably warm . Great job;;;;;

Joshua Vallee listened sympathetically to my tale of woe regarding our leaking water heater and dispatched Chris and James to remove it and install a new high efficiency water heater. Our old unit was an extremely heavy stone lined antique that was buried in our utility room. Excellent work getting it out, destroying hardly anything in the process. We were back in hot water in less than 14 hours.
Enormously satisfied by speedy response and expert skill levels exhibited all around!
