    The customer service was excellent, communication always seemed to be a priority. Will Beck the salesman was great to work with and was very knowledgeable on the products. A huge thanks to Ben the installer, absolute professional and a Craftsman. The windows are amazing and we are enjoying them completely. Highly recommend to anyone.

    My service tech Derek called me thirty minutes before he arrived, was friendly and professional, and did a thorough job. I prepaid for a couple of year's worth of annual tune-ups but had forgotten that I'd done that. The company called me to remind me and to schedule the service. I'm very satisfied with the service I have received from Washington Energy Service.

Knowledgeable and professional, she completed the entire annual maintenance inspection and any work required in minimum time and left our garage neat and clean. Would give five stars if not for original warranty on solid wood door installation having been reduced after measurement appointment due to our decision not to keep a storm door on the front of a north-facing (minimal direct exposure) entryway...

    I've recently completed a remodel of my home. Washington Energy was the ONLY contractor out of 4 to: show up on time, complete the work correctly (the 1st time), complete the work at the agreed upon price, and clean up after themselves. They even fixed a dishwasher leak created by one of the other vendors. Outstanding service and very happy to now have AC in the home. I highly recommend Washington Energy.

    I am sorry life is coming down to having to publicly rate a business. I was, however, impressed by Washington Energy Services as they called me to remind me that I was owed a prepaid service. They could have let that slide and been ahead money wise. But they didn't!!! Richard came out to service my furnace and air conditioner. He did a thorough job and was pleasant to deal with.

    I had a residential heat pump installed by the WES crew. They arrived on time; were friendly and very efficient, and took the time to answer all my questions during the install. They verified that all the equipment worked as advertised, and left the work site pristine. I highly recommend them for your home energy needs!

    My experience started with a their "best most knowledgeable tech" according to them. When he arrived he chose to ignore us as we were trying to explain the symptom of the problem we were having. The symptoms we were having all pointed to a bad blower motor. The blower motor would cease up and the furnace would over heat and shut down but the tech diagnosed it as a bad exhaust motor. The tech explained that if the system does not exhaust properly that it will shut down. What the tech said is true but it had nothing to do with the problem we were having. So the tech orders a new exhaust motor. When the exhaust motor arrives they call us to schedule a day to have it installed. Fast forward to the repair day. The tech come out and does the work and replaces the exhaust motor. After all said and done I run the system and not even 10mins after the tech leaves the blower motor stopped working. I call them back up and they send a different tech back out and that tech diagnosed it as a bad blower motor which is what we tried to tell the first tech that didn't listen to us. At this point we just spent around $160 for diagnoses and almost another $700 for parts and repair. It was probably my misunderstanding but it is weird to me that the second tech tried to up-sell me a new furnace. He said that they don't carry the blower motor for our style furnace and that it would be faster for them to install a new furnace then it would to order a new blower motor and that the almost $700 that we already spent would be taken off the price of a new furnace. I was irritated I told the tech no just order a new blower motor. Washington energy emailed me to check on how my experience was. Well I didn't write a very flattering response because of what happened. The service Manager reached out to me and I explained everything that happened. I will say that the Manager made the situation right. They ordered the blower motor for my furnace and returned to replace the blower motor about a week latter. The Manager didn't charge us to come back out to replace the blower motor or for the part because of the glaring mistake that their first tech made. The manager even came out with the tech to make sure that the job was done right and that they put a little extra care in cleaning and servicing our furnace. I was going to give zero stars if i could and after everything I was thinking about give 3 stars but that first tech just not caring to listen and causing this headache I decided to give 2 stars just because of that first tech.
