It started with my call to Washington Energy Services; the lady that answered the call was accommodating and understood the sense of urgency. when i told her that my tankless water heater had a steady stream coming out of the overflow, she scheduled me for later that afternoon. Micah came out on a service call and immediately was able to triage the situation. he spent 2 hours on the call and my Navien works better than ever. I was absolutely satisfied and recommend Washington Energy Services to others

Tristan, Tim and Will were awesome! Tristan was so patient with us and really helped us make good decisions for our home. Tim and Will, as the leads on our installation, were professional and kind and cleaned up each day. The entire experience was excellent, and we felt that we were in good hands from beginning to end.

Sergio Merelos was my service tech on 5/7/19 and did the yearly checkup on my heating and cooling systems. He was on time and did a very professional job. Once done he left me with a copy of the complete report on the work he had performed. I am very pleased with Washington Energy Services and their tech staff.

I tried to make an appointment for possible service/repair and estimate for replacement of a gas fireplace insert. I was informed by the receptionist that this company 'will not service any item we do not install' - this is perfectly reasonable but the 1 star rating is because she did not offer me the opportunity to go any further - as previously mentioned I was also interested in replacing the existing fireplace. She did not provide any further info nor attempt to elicit any other information - she did not even go as far as to follow up with the common statement "is there anything else I can help you with?" - overall - this person was rude to say the least.

We recently had service done to our sliding glass door by a technician named John Lewis from Washington Energy Services. He was on time, kind, informative, and very professional. We are so thankful to have gotten our windows and doors through this company and have been very pleased with this service, and past services we have had through this company.

We had a gas fireplace installed. The installation was difficult (the crawl space was a rabbit warren and took imagination and perseverance). After the job was completed, we had difficulty figuring out the mechanics of the screen and door. Washington sent out tech people to instruct us - again. They were prompt, cheerful and most patient with us. Cheers to Andy and Justin!

I used their services off and on for 30 years. Recently I was able to have them install some windows. It was very easy to work with them. I told them exactly what I wanted and wasn't pressured to buy anything different. Took about half the time to get them installed from their quoted time. Very clean, organinzied, polite installers. I will continue to use them in the future.

WA Energy Services just completed my conversion from oil to gas for heat and domestic hot water. The oil furnace I had was a foul mess, and the PEX piping from the previous contractor was a rats nest. This was probably one of the worst projects an HVAC / plumbing tech could ever walk into. I heard some grumbling from the install techs as they wrestled with the mess, as I expected, but they were super professional and went all-out in their efforts over 4 days. They redesigned this system with top of the line components. The re-ran heating lines, put my hydronic floor heat on a separate loop, tied in my existing solar system, and left the boiler room looking like a showroom. I am very pleased with their service, and their price was fair. Will be using them again for other projects in the future.

We recently had Washington Energy Services install new siding, windows and gutters in our 1954 home. Mason and Shawn we're extremely professional, polite and meticulous with detail. Thank you for transforming our home!
