Lance, Chris, and Danny were so helpful. We had an issue that other places wouldn't take seriously, CP heating and Air got it fixed the same day. Highly recommend. Also have friends with great experiences with this crew.

I can’t say enough good things about this company! Air conditioner went out last night and it’s in the 90’s today. I called at 9am and it was fixed by noon. Eric was awesome! Very professional and personable. And he wore shoe covers through the house! Not all repairmen remember to do that. Will definitely sign up for their service contract for all our needs in the future.

We have used College Place Heating and A/C for about a decade… for a new furnace, regular preventative maintenance, a fireplace insert, and repair on our old A/C unit. We’ve found the company and individual technicians to be reliable, honest, and competent. We trust them.

CP Heating and AC is a wonderful locally owned business. I was scheduled very quickly to have basic maintenance performed on the AC unit and Danny was incredibly professional, courteous and did a fantastic job. Prices are also reasonable. They are always my first call when I need something related to HVAC.

I had an inspection done on my new home. The biggest problem was how dirty the furnace was. I called College Place Heating an d Air Conditioning. They scheduled an appointment on my schedule. Eric was prompt, courteous and thorough.

Danny came to diagnose why our AC wasn't cooling the house. He quickly determined it was the capacitor and replaced it for us. I'm grateful they were able to fit us in on the same day I called!

Called to schedule maintenance for our HVAC on our service contract. They arranged servicing the same day! The technician, Eric Hurton, was exceptionally thorough, very pleasant and communicated well. This is a very well run company with outstanding service.

After briefly stopping by the office, I was promptly supported and assisted. Technician came with 2 hours and provided clear instructions and supports as to what the issue was and how to fix it. Did not feel pressure or upselling at all.

We have always used College Place Heating for our home. When our furnace finally gave up (24 years!) we had a new one installed and replaced our AC unit as well. Andriy was WONDERFUL! He came early each day and worked tirelessly until past 6:00 each night. He wanted to make sure we had heat as soon as was possible! We had such nice visits with him each night before he left. Our furnace room was so clean when he finished and he made sure if we weren’t home the door was locked when he left. We felt so fortunate that Andriy was our installer!
