I called College Place Heating & Air Conditioning because the previous homeowner had been using them for roughly 20 years to service the home's HVAC system. I was pleased with the customer service as well the technician that did the work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.

It’s rare to find a company these days that is this professional. We’ve used their services for both furnace and air-conditioning maintenance ever since we moved to town. The service techs are courteous, knowledgeable and . . . they show up on time! To top it off, the prices are very fair. I give them 5 stars plus.

This company is so fantastic I can not say enough good things about them and especially the tech they sent, Hector. First, I was able to text them last night after hours and they sent me a message and called me back at 8:00am saying they could have someone to me by 9. Then she stated that tech was vaccinated, in case I had worries about having him in my home. Hector arrived 10 minutes early, allowed my obnoxious puppy to jump all over him and then very quickly and efficiently fixed the problem. He then put back all the junk we had to move for him to work on the problem back exactly where it was without me even mentioning it. We then had a good laugh about our different skills in life , and how clearly mine was not what he does for a living, and he handed me an incredibly reasonable bill. Hector could have charged us an arm and a leg and could have left everything a mess because it wasn’t his job to do it, but he did it anyways, even when no one asked him to. As far as I am concerned, this company, and most importantly Hector, will be my first call for anything in the future.

Rarely do I find that a product and service exceed the expectations presented before the purchase! But my HVAC system does, indeed! It is the perfect match for my home, so quiet I never know it's running, and keeps my home so evenly heated or cooled that I don't even think about it. And my electric usage definitely reflects the improvement. Many thanks to all involved in every aspect of this fine investment!

Called during the incredible heat wave. We were seen in a very responsive time. The repair person, Hector, was very competent, efficient and very friendly as he was doing the work! I highly recommend this business and Hector in particular!
