Our HVAC system needed to be replaced. I called CP Heating and Air at the recommended of a friend in the construction industry. CP Heating and Air is a family owned and operated business. Every time I called, I was always greeted by a friendly voice. Never an automated machine. They were so great to work with and extremely knowledgeable. They always explained everything so I knew what they were doing and why it needed to be done. They presented several options. I never felt pressured into making any decisions or buying the most expensive option. The job was completed on time.

After the new unit was installed, there were a few minor bugs in the system. When I called, they came out right away and worked on the problem.

Wow! Excellent service! Kept us informed on all the steps he was taking. Neat and tidy and removed off the site old equipment.
TABOR was patient and helpful setting up my cell phone to talk to the thermometer so I can change the thermostat remotely. How cool is that?
