My A/C went out when it was 105 degrees out. Called C.P. HVAC on a Saturday for emergency repair. They came out right away and found the issue quickly. Didn't try to up sale me on things I didn't need. Would definitely use again!

We replaced our 40+ y/o electric furnace with a DAIKIN gas heat pump & AC system in Nov. 2021. Kraig gave us quotes/info on electric & gas systems so we could make a decision best suited for us. He answered all of our questions and concerns. The system was received/installed within the time frame that we were told and the quote was dead on. We found the techs to be knowledgeable and professional. With the December/January cold snap, the system hasn't missed a beat. Looking forward to summer to see how the AC works. Did we mention that the original furnace/ac was installed by CPH. We have lived here for 25 years and they have always serviced our system. Their focus on customer service/care is one of the reasons we chose CPH.

Dennis and his staff at College Place Heating and Air Conditioning are knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive. We hired them to replace our central air a couple of years ago and are very pleased with the quality and reliability of the products they carry, as well as their skills. Since then, we continue to use them for our annual HVAC maintenance and check up and any emergencies that arise. This weekend, our furnace needed a new circuit panel and, since they had the type I needed in stock, the repair was made on the day I placed the request. I had a leak from the air conditioner. I called to see if I could get someone to come look at it. I thought it would be weeks before someone came, but they were quick. I also had them do a maintenance checkup, which gave me peace of mind.

The whole experience was top notch! Jairo was the technician and he was meticulous in every step of removing badly installed bathroom fans and installing new ones. He went above and beyond making sure everything was corrected from the previous work done decades ago as well as installing all the new vents and fans. He even cleaned up every area he was in when he was done! I would gladly recommend the company and him to anyone needing work done!

So glad we chose CP Heating & AC to install a new furnace and heat pump. So professional, on time, knowledgeable, great communication and fair price. Even processed a rebate with our local town for us. Everyone from the owner, to the installers, to the bookkeeper were all terrific. Very highly recommended!

Our family is very happy with the service and response we received when our old heat pump unit quit working. After several service calls with another company through a home warranty company with temporary fixes that just didn't work we decided enough was enough. We called College Place Heating and requested a new unit. We had family coming to stay with us for several weeks and we needed air conditioning badly. Thanks to Ross, Dennis and Steve they took good care of us and installed a unit within 3 days. I understand they were extremely busy with other calls but cared enough to take care of us.
