From helping with selecting options for upgrading the old equipment and replacing an A/C unit with a heat pump, giving us two sources, to heat our home, and more efficiency, than just using a gas furnace, Dennis was great. Prices couldn’t be beat, and the installers did a good job, and always stuck to their schedules. We are now on a maintenance contract with them, and their Serviceman is very professional and keeps his appointments as well, and shows great respect in our home, while he is here, doing his work. We are very impressed with College Place Heating & Air Condition. Also, if you have any problem, and you don’t have heat or air conditioning and it’s that time of year, if your a customer, they do all they can, to get you right back in service, as soon as possible.

Our AC quit after normal business hours a few days ago. I called and talked to Lance. He explained my options. I decided to wait due to my budget. Lance set an appointment for me the following morning.
Hector arrived early and listened respectfully to my description of the problem. He had the part in his van and we had a working AC unit within 15 minutes. Thank you Hector, Lance and team! You all had very positive recommendations from friends and colleagues that required your services.

I have used them for decades. They are alway responsive and professional with their workers and the service they provide. I have never considered using anyone else.

We enclosed part of our garage to create a workshop. The walls were concrete partway up and facing south so the two portable AC units we bought couldn't keep up with the summer heat.

We had CP Heating & Air come out (Ross) and did a thorough assessment and explained options, with pros, cons and estimates for each. I knew I could make an informed decision and trusted it would be the best one based on how Ross assessed the space and gave me a detailed explanation. Josiah did the installation, efficiently and also explained what he was doing.

Kraig was our technician and was the perfect example of what you want from a service person: he called before arriving, was punctual, kind with our large dog who barked every time he came, flexible with our wonky fence, kind to our toddler, friendly to talk with but gave us space. Honestly he went above and beyond. Cleaned any mess that was made- I think our basement was actually cleaner after he left, even spread mulch after needing to replace the AC unit outside! Thrilled with Kraig and the company. 10/10 would recommend!

College Place Heating And Air far surpassed our expectations in quality products, timing of maintenance and price. We have been battling AC issues for 3 years. We had them install a brand new furnace and AC system (old system almost 30 yrs old). It is the tightest system I have ever witnessed. Cooling 4K sq/ft effortlessly in the Walla Walla heat. Great job CPCA!!

Gary and Daniel came the same day that I called the office and said my AC was not working. They diagnosed the problem and said it would be two days before the part arrived. It came a day early, they called to see if I was available later that day to have the part replaced! Everyone that I talked to from the office was very friendly, professional and wanted to help. We only use College Place Heating and AC! They are great! Thank you for your quick response and help!
