These guys are great! Very professional, always on time and they do great work. They installed the HVAC system in my house 10 years ago and have been maintaining it ever since.

College Place Heating & Air Conditioning saved us! We were out of town and some guests were staying at our home when the AC in a 4 year young house decided to go out on a very hot day. CPH&A were able to get out immediately to help get the AC working again and made life bearable during a hot WW summer! They were respectful and easy to work with! Thanks CPH&A! We just purchased a home with a gas fireplace. The pilot light was not lit and we did not know how to get that done, it’s an older model. Lance came out and lit our pilot light and gave us instructions on how to use the fireplace. Thank you so much!

College Place Heating did our family a real solid. We returned from summer vacationduring a heat wave to an AC unit with a faulty fan. I called Lance at CPH and he said that while there were no service calls possible until the following morning, he would drop by shortly to see if the problem was something simple. Long story short: the capacitor in the unit had failed. An hour and $100 later, Lance drove off and left us with AC on a hundred-degree day. Now that’s service. Thanks College Place Heating.

Our air conditioner stopped working and it was on the first really hot day we have had this year . I called College Place Heating and Cooling at 9:30 am there were to our house by 1 PM and had the problem fixed within 20 minutes of showing up. The technician was efficient and professional got straight to the problem . We will be servicing our system this fall and I will be calling College Place Heating and Cooling again . Excellent service and reasonable maintenance/service plans. Trustworthy service. They supply filters that help with allergies as I have animals.

They are always efficient.
My only concern is that the technician who was here didn't wear a mask. My wife, who is immuno-compromised, was told that "He can't wear one." I don't want him back here, because I don't accept that excuse.

We have a maintenance agreement, work was completed professionally and on time. Good attention to our furnace and excellent job cleaning our gas fireplace.

We recently had a new HVAC system put in by College Place Heating and Air. The tech that came out was very friendly and worked hard to get our new system in. I am VERY impressed by their service and their prices. We will be using them for all our future HVAC needs.
