College Place Heating & A/C is very reliable and dependable. They have been taking care of our Heating & A/C for 20 plus years. They are friendly, professional and know what to do. I would highly recommend them.

I had a unique and difficult vintage barn/apt to rewire. They went above my expectations and offered creative solutions that were better than I had envisioned.

Always friendly and courteous, they serviced my old system and installed a new a/c, heat, and coil replacement. Very clear communication, and they came when scheduled. I will use them again for maintenance and installs.

Since I’m a recent widow, it was a little overwhelming to follow Dennis and Lance around and try to learn some things that my husband usually handled! They were patient and helpful, though , and did a very thorough job. I’m glad I got on their maintenance plan. For me, it’s worth the money! Thank you all!

I have lived in my home for 28years and throughout that time College Place has serviced my heat pump heating and cooling system. I have been delighted with the careful monitoring during those years. This year I was told that it was time to replace the heat pump. After a careful discussion with the owner of the company I decided to install the Daikin Fit. Within days Stephen the serviceman was there and began to take out the old system and install the new system and the thermostat. His work was thorough and careful.
I am more than satisfied with this new system. My house has never been this cozy. The temp is the same but the air is better circulated, it is quieter and in general the heat is more even and pleasant. I can feel it when I walk into the house. There are so many options available and it connects with my phone. I had no idea I would notice such a change. Thank you College Place Heating for superior work. Thank you also to Kraig who came to give further instructions on how to use the system and attend to the Thermostat.

I had questions about an old HVAC system and based on another customer’s recommendation I reached out for guidance. Lance answered the phone and took the time to not only ask thoughtful questions, but even let me know what I should consider in other bids. It turns out I’m outside of their service area, but Lance still made me feel like a valued customer. He gave me many useful insights into how I’ll be looking into the bids I can get, and all I can say is I wish I lived closer so they could do the service for me! 10/10 would recommend!

Hector arrived promptly and within 5 minutes had my problem identified on my heat pump. He had the part on his truck and had my heat going within minutes! Professional, friendly and fast service. Priced reasonably as well. I won't be using any other services from now on. Thank you Hector!!

We recently had College Place Heating & Air Conditioning install a new ductless mini-split heat pump system in our home. I can't say enough about the professionalism, quality workmanships and attention to details we experienced from their staff during this project. Ross and Josiah were fantastic to work with! I highly recommend using this company.

Highly recommend CP Heating and Air! My heat pump stopped working and it kept throwing the breaker. Called at 0810 in the morning and had service by 1245! Adrian was knowledgeable and polite. He was able to repair the unit quickly---it being burnt/corroded wiring on the capacitor. Easy-peasy! He repaired the wiring and replaced the capacitor. He also checked out other components of the heat pump and was out of here in less than an hour. I'm very pleased!

We requested a service online last night, had a call first thing this morning letting us know a tech would be by between noon and 1:30. Adrian arrived at 11:40 assessed our situation, shared with us our options and went from there. He was very kind and patient in explaining it all to me and making sure I understood what was going on and the possible costs associated. A very pleasant experience all the way around!!!
