Of course, on the hottest day of the year my air conditioning stopped working! I left a message overnight and by the next morning, on their busiest day of the year, I was given an appointment for 2:00 p.m. At around 10 a.m. the owner stopped by to triage. He turned the unit completely off so it would not be frozen by the time the technician arrived. As a result of this excellent teamwork, by 3 p.m. the house was refreshingly cool again on the second hottest day of the year! I gave the technician a Coke bottle on the way out to thank him for his excellent work and for taking the time to explain to me how I could keep this from happening again on the hottest day of next year!

Needed help installing a new Nest thermostat to replace an older model. Very happy my tech Adrian was savvy and able to get the Nest controller up and working in no time. Very satisfied.

Gary is an absolute pleasure to work with! He ended up having to come twice to get our AC working perfectly but that's because we didn't realize there was more than one issue when it broke. He fixed the problems and got us going fast, plus gave us lots of information on how long to expect it all to last and what to expect with our older unit. He's very knowledgeable and professional while being very friendly.

I would highly recommend this company and hope Gary stays with them a long time to come, he's a great asset to the business!

Great team of workers and excellent sales staff that know their product.

I called May 27th and was able to get someone to come out that day (1-3). At 445 I called to see what happened and the gentleman who was supposed to come out and cap a gas line for me said he forgot. He went above and come over to do so on his way home(looked at it after there was never a cap put on). I have a fairly large pipe coming up from my floor and is completely unsafe. He told me he would be out the following Tuesday (Monday being a holiday). Tuesday came and went with a no show. I called again June 16th, explain the situation to the lady who answered the phone and she said she would have him call me the next day. Well now it's the 20th and nobody made contact with me.

Very pleased with the entire process our Tech. was Issac he was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, he explained the entire process so that I understood, and answered all my questions. Also Dennis and Craig were very courteous, and professional, even the receptionist, was Courtois. Would highly recommend College Place Heating and Air.

These guys are great. We use them several times in the past. Then we went on their automatic cleaning schedule. Let me tell you this was the best decision we made. They work hard to keep your system functioning well and I'll be there as soon as I can if it isn't. These people do a very thorough job on all my systems. They keep the area where they work clean and in the same condition when they leave. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Once again, College Place Heating has outdone itself providing service! Randy has unfailingly given us service over the years and most recently David came to our aid and was GREAT!!! He was thoughtful, thorough, polite, friendly, and respectful.... I think you get the idea. Every interaction we've had with College Place Heating over the past 30+ years has been wonderful. Always!

The technicians are knowledgeable and skilled; they are respectful and careful while on the property, making sure that they do not track in dirt, etc and they make sure to thoroughly clean up after completing their work.
