Justin came out and did my annual inspection. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He went over all necessary information from performance report and educated me on all issues/concerns. I really appreciate his time

Highly recommend Energy Pro. Had a problem with an old boiler in a rental property. Jordan came to check it out. The renter had to leave before he completed his work, so he couldn’t get inside to test it. So he came back after hours to insure that everything was ok. Really appreciate the integrity. He made note of issues with both boilers that needed addressed. He and Carl returned on a scheduled date and took care of all the issues. Great work. Filled me in on everything. Prices are reasonable for this type of service. Thanks for the great service.

Reid was extremely friendly and timely. He explained exactly what was going on, what needed to be done and what he was doing. Definitely will be using in the future. Energy pro was literally the only company we called out of over 20 that was willing to come out and look at our issue. We called on Sunday, they had an appointment on Wednesday (the earliest out of the other companies as well) called on Monday to see if they could come out Tuesday. The woman on the phone was friendly and listened to our problem, instead of just brushing us off like the others. Overall, just a great company as far as I can see from this experience.

I'd also like to add, I saw a review saying the pricing wasn't fair. The service fee, was one of the lowest out of those I called and Reid acknowledged that the job he did was very little and we could have just don't it on our own had we know the what the actual problem was, so he didn't charge us other than the service fee. So I have to disagree. I believe this is a very honest and fair company.

Energy Pro Heating & Cooling was amazing to work with, from start to finish for our air conditioning repair needs for same day emergency service. From the initial call with Customer Support & scheduling the service call & response with a technician to our residence. Our technician Doug was friendly, knowledgeable & provided us with excellent service & a successful repair, even in the rain!!!

Josh and Doug and other staff members of Energy Pro have been courteous and Josh, for example, was extremely helpful. Reid, the owner has been gracious at times and others not.
I cannot recommend Reid as an honest owner, despite many requests for maintenance service through his office staff over 6 months. Nothing has worked out. I have requested that a ductless Mini-split AC be installed and NO ONE in the office returned my request or set up an installation date. I did not know if this was a question of incompetence or busyness. Currently they have cut off any interest in service and in communication.
They are sorely deficient. Not recommended.

I shall add that Reid's response about coming out for an inspection review was not due to rain. It was due to the fact Reid told his answering service to answer the phone, including my phone calls, telling me that they are still working on coming to your place (at 5:30 and then 6PM), just wait for their call. The techs never came and that I call INCOMPETENCE.

Secondly, regarding the Reid's determination that the mini-split was "a bad idea as it would devalue your home" was never explained to me. NEVER. It was always a question of where to put the mini-split, not about cutting through "an existing cold air duct and removing a functional system." Our AC unit has not worked since Doug, the tech last visited and thus my frequent request for what Reid had originally condoned was a mini-split set into the wall of this unit.

DON'T BELIEVE A HVAC PERSON WHO DOESN"T TELL THE TRUTH!!!!

We just had a new ac system installed by EnergyPro. Our two technicians were Doug & Todd and these guys worked hard and effortlessly to get our new system up and running. They started on promptly on time 8:00 on the dime. 👍👏 Thru the heat 🔥 and up and down a tri level condo these guy bust the butts. They were courteous and friendly and really had our best interest at hand. I appreciate the hard work and level of effort Doug and Todd display. You guys rock!!🎸

Doug and Todd installed a replacement system for my downstairs zone and they were great. Both took their time and went the extra mile in making sure everything was installed correctly and working just in time for the summer months! Great service and company!
