Energy Pro had completed several jobs in our home and we will continue to work with them. Everyone in the company is friendly and professional. As he was with prior projects, Reid was friendly, honest, and was great to work with through the quoting and sales portion of our new mini split system. He answered additional questions and was easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. Doug and Todd were courteous and professional during the installation. They had excellent workmanship and left the inside and outside of our home as clean as they found it!

I have nothing but good things to say about their technicians, Justin and Jordan. They have been terrific. They were punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and communicated directly to us their plan and findings. Their customer service is outstanding.

Hamilton and Doug arrived on time and were very professional. They were very knowledgeable and efficient and even cleaned every speck of dirt that was tracked in or down from the attic. I can't thank them enough for all the extra care they took of our home. System works fantastic too! Great teamwork, thanks Energy Pro for another job well done. Jordan was very professional and thorough. He explained what the service entailed. He was very respectful of me, my home and my pets. Verry friendly and courteous. He called me to let me know he was on his way so that was very helpful.

Todd and Darrin arrived on time (13 Aug 2021) and explained that they were here to replace the furnace section of my HVAC system. The landlord had requested a replacement and had notified me that they would be coming. Both guys introduced themselves to me and Todd explained exactly what they were going to do. He said that it would take approximately 4 hours. The guys laid down a protective covering, so that the old furnace/new furnace would not damage the floor. They worked continually for the next 5 ½ hours until the job was completed. They cleaned up the area so that it looked like no one had ever been there. Todd and Darrin were very professional and courteous and when ever I asked a question, they were polite and explained, to me, in laymen terms so that I would understand them. Thank you, Energy Prop, for the outstanding service and for sending your BEST technicians to install. I would highly recommend Todd and Darrin, and definitely Energy Pro Heating & Cooling, to anyone if they had a heating and/or cooling problem in their home or business.

Dylon and Paul were the most professional team I’ve ever encountered. They were friendly engaging and very knowledge. I haven’t had a problem with the installation everything is running perfectly. If anything else is needed i will be requesting them by name !

Justin arrived for our spring AC check as expected. He was clear about what he was doing to check the AC. He cleaned the outside unit and went over the overall state of the unit with me. He was professional and pleasant, willing to answer questions and clarify when needed. I highly recommend Energy Pro!

Excellent work! Efficient, tidy, consummate professionals, and they led me through everything they did as they were doing it. Even gave me a quick tutorial on the more common questions they get after an installation. Can’t recommend Paul and Bryce strongly enough

I’m so happy with my new AC unit and with Energy Pro’s services! Doug and Todd did a great job installing everything, and they were on time, professional, and helpful. Doug explained the new filter system and the smart thermostat I got and made sure I didn’t have any questions. Jordan initially came out to evaluate what was wrong with my AC and walked me through the recommendations, which was really helpful. My new unit looks fantastic! I also use them to do my HVAC maintenance and Justin is a great technician.
