Energy Pro Heating & Cooling

The heat went out in the duplex we own. Energy Pro was able to diagnose the problem quickly. The heating systems needed repair and we were very happy with how prompt and reliable they were. The technician Jordan even returned on his own time the night the heat went out to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. I cannot say enough good things about Carl and Jordan. They left the area clean and neat and were very professional. I highly recommend them!!

Dylon, Bryce and Paul were very professional, courteous and kind and attentive with my 3 year old granddaughter who is very inquisitive and people friendly. They came in got started and before I knew it they were done. I have never witnessed a greater team as these three individuals. Jordan is one of the nicest hard-working technicians at Energy Pro, I give him an A+. Energy Pro is a very nice company to purchase from as well as for maintenance, fixing and resolving issues that arise.

We have been working with Reid and the folks at Energypro for over a year. They were able help us extend the life of our old HVAC system until we were ready to make the leap and have a new one installed. The estimates they provided were detailed and had enough information to allow us to compare several systems. The installation technicians did a wonderful job! Doug, Todd and Hamilton were all courteous, informative and knowledgeable about the system. I will certainly reccomended them in the future!

The technician (Jordan) came promptly at 1pm. He was able to quickly diagnose what the issue was and gave us a very good quote compared to what we had received from other companies in the area. He let us know that there was a leak in the system. Once he identified the leak, he repaired it and got our system running. The price was more than competitive and the work was top notch he even replaced the insulation at no extra cost. Will definitely use them in the future!

We called Energy Pro on Saturday seeking a second opinion on a broken heating/cooling unit. I spoke to a woman named Adrian who was super polite and friendly. She had someone out within a couple of hours. They were able to go into specific detail about everything that was wrong, unlike the first person we had come out. We decided to pull our funding together to get a new unit and they fit us in that following Monday morning. Mike, Hamilton, and Cade were so friendly and professional. They noticed that the unit they brought had some bangs and scratches on it, so they took it back for a different one. This was nice because I hadn’t even seen it yet, they determined that on their own. They also were very friendly and talkative
With my highly spirited son for quite some time while they worked. Mike was friendly and did a good job and keeping us updated on everything they were doing.

Bryce and Paul were exceptionally friendly, professional and responsive. I’d recommend this company for any water heater needs.

They sent 3 staff members: Hamilton, Todd, and Doug. Definitely knew what they were doing, had the install complete ahead of schedule, helped make my attic plumbing and wiring more utilitarian, and even taught me about how the system works a bit as they went. Rain didn't phase them on install. Definitely recommend for HVAC concerns. Update: Justin came for the most recent inspection and was very helpful and informative.
