I had called, and requested Energy Pro to provide annual HVAC maintenance this spring, to assure my A/C system was operation at max proficiency.

Steve W was tasked to provide Preventive Maintenance to the A/C side of my system. Steve showed up right on time, was quick and proficient with the PM check that provide me peace of mind thru these hot and humid summer months.

Jordan came and immediately check pressures on system. And after chatting we discussed it was more than likely a leak somewhere. As soon he got into the attic he noticed where it was leaking. He gave us our options for fixing. Went with first option and then he recharged the system. HVAC system has been working great since then and it has now been 2 weeks. I would recommended this company any day of the week. And for this technician to come and do the job!!

Had the pleasure of being helped by Paul Parnham, and it was a blessing. He was personable, knowledgeable, and even good with my crazy dogs. I've been having issues with the AC in my unit for the 14 months I have been living here, and he was able to quickly diagnose everything wrong, get be back up and running, and explain how the system works and what do do if I am having issues again. I am actually glad my property management company switched to Energy Pros if this is the kind of person that works for them. Also... shoutout to Kim in scheduling for trying to get us fixed earlier!
