Josh was such a pleasure to talk to as he recommended what needed to be done and didn’t make me feel pressured into doing more than what needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable about what he does. He was super friendly and didn’t hesitate to give me estimates on what needed to be done in the future and also what a new unit would cost me. I really enjoy the service and the people who work for Energy Pro. I will always recommend them to anyone because I trust in what service they provide the community. I’ve been happy with them since my neighbor gave me their number.

The tech Steven W was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. He left everything cleaner than how he found it. Great company, was able to set an appointment very quickly with the wonderful receptionist. Will definitely be referring to all our friends and family!

Steven was very polite and courteous. He carefully explained what he was doing , why the repair was needed, and the pricing. Since this is our only source of heat, he drove to the supplier for the part in crazy Hampton Roads afternoon traffic which was above and beyond our expectations!
