Terrific experience. In particular, I wanted to recognize and thank the service technician that did the work--Jordan Richardson. We had some deferred maintenance after a not great experience with a different HVAC company: they barely spoke to us and rushed to complete the work as if meeting a time quota was more important than doing the work correctly. It soured us on HVAC Service Maintenance and we waited a little too long for a maintenance/service check. Jordan was the exact opposite. He was thorough, ensured we fully understood what the issues were and why the repairs were needed, and took the time to make sure it was done right. He was courteous and professional and really upbeat. And he did all of this while working in the pouring rain. Now THAT is customer service. I would highly recommend Energy Pro and Jordan!

Doug and Todd were amazing. Very professional, neat, on time and kept a great attitude even in the heat. We got fast service and were very happy with both the company and the service (not to mention our cool house!!). We would highly recommend.

Justin was very nice and professional. He got right down to business. He fixed my issue very quickly. He also explained everything that he did. I will be getting a maintenance contract with this company.

Technician was very professional, explained what he was doing to verify that my new thermostat would work on my system. Installation was quick and clean. Justin made sure to answer my questions and made it easy to understand how the new thermostat worked. Have use Engerypro for other jobs in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Definitely a 5 star review on all counts.

First of all thank you Kim for getting the guys out a day early in such an extreme heat situation. .. Josh and Bryce.... rock stars came in knew that Jaxson my puppy upstairs was in need of cool air in the 106 degree day ... thank you guys jaxson thanks you and I will tell everyone I know to call Energy Pro the best guys in the business super professional very personable and just really such a great group of people ... these guys represented your company to the fullest they have my business everytime ... thank you again Josh Bryce and Kim great job and keep being that company that has A1 customers service it is very hard to find these days ....

Jordan R. was super courteous and professional. Got here at the beginning of the repair window which was so helpful! He had a challenging time getting to the AC unit because of how it had been covered by a different place last time, but he figured out a way to do it and got the job done.

I would definitely call these guys again if I ever had an issue!

Energy Pro is amazing. They have been a life saver for my husband and I. We have 2 units in our home. First estimate we were told upstairs needed replacing (we already knew that), then we were told to fix downstairs unit would be $1,000 but not worth the money. At this point we have no heat, it's cold outside and we're told we need to come up with $12,000. So we decided to get another opinion. Energy Pro to the rescue. Reid came over the next day, fixed the downstairs unit in 30 minutes (no parts needed). Gave us an estimate for the other unit. Three days later we had heat upstairs too. Reid and Cooper were so awesome. Very down to earth. My husband and I had no doubts that we could trust Energy Pro. We will definitely only use them in the future. Quality work!!! I highly recommend them. You won't be sorry. Thank you all at Energy Pro.

So I just had a mini split system and a regular hvac system installed by these guys. All I can say is wow! Reed was very responsive and helpful getting us the right equipment and Adrian in the office is wonderful to deal with as well. The scheduling was super quick and the install on both systems was outstanding!
Hamilton was the lead installer on both and this guy knows his trade and I will be requesting him for any other work done on my house. Everyone was super professional. Easy to recommend this company to anyone who needs hvac work or service!
