Reid and his entire team did an excellent job on our install. Cooper was extremely polite and a great asset to Energy Pro. The last day they were installing they were so quiet that I had to look a few times to see if they were still there. Each day when they left the site they cleaned to the point that it looked like they had never been there. All in all it was a great install experience.

Steven was awesome. Solved the problem quickly and efficiently and was awesome while doing it.

My technician was Justin who was on time and totally professional. I'm very glad I have the seasonal maintenance plan because it gives me peace of mind that my HVAC system will work year round.

Reid was fantastic. He was thorough, friendly and professional. He figured out my problem quickly and fixed it. He didn’t try to push anything unnecessary on me, but did let me know more about his company. I definitely will call them again if I have an issue.

The techs were on time and got to work really fast. Todd and Doug were really nice and kept me posted as they worked. They took out the old unit and brought in the new one with no problems. They even made sure everything was super clean and went the extra mile to put rocks around the bottom so everything looks nice. Couldn't have asked for a better job.

When our heat went out in November they were quick to come out and fix the problem, prices were reasonable. Justin came out for our heating maintenance and was great at explaining the potential issues and price ranges. We are set up on their maintenance package.
