Justin, Jordan, Paul and Dylan did an amazing job on our HVAC Installation. they worked very long hours to complete our installation. Our condenser is on the roof of our 3 story house so they had to get the Unit up to the roof and the furnace up to the 3rd floor, which was a tremendous amount of work. Thank you for all your extra effort to get the job done in one day.

Todd and Doug came over to replace my indoor ac unit on May 14, 2021. They arrived on schedule and they were both very professional. Todd and Doug answered all the questions I had and made me aware of what needed to be done. Their professionalism was outstanding and they cleaned up the mess they made. These two guys were awesome! I would definitely use them again or recommend Energy Pro Heating and Cooling for any ac services.

Energy Pro has provided me with prompt, excellent service for several years. The owner, Reid, replaced my air handler 4 years ago and planned ahead to be sure the air handler would be compatible with a future heat pump. Reid offered great service and as his business has grown, he clearly has high standards for his employees as well. Jake did my Fall maintenance today. He is very personable, very professional, and very knowledgeable. He took extra steps to anticipate and avoid future complications. His commitment lets me know he cares about his customers. After being gouged by a large HVAC company with the initials S&K, I'm glad I found Energy Pro and Reid's commitment to provide thoughtful, superior service on a timely basis for a reasonable fee.
5/3/19 Update. Jake called this morning and was able to perform my Spring A/C checkup today. He's thoughtful, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. He is a worthy credit to an outstanding Energy Pro team!

4/13/22 Update: Justin was here for my Spring A/C checkup. He alerted me to a weak capacitor, and I authorized replacement. I'd rather do it now than when my unit fails to run on a 100-degree day. I had questions about operating my heat pump during extremely cold temps and he provided useful information and recommendations. Justin has been here before and is equally as thoughtful, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable as every Energy Pro employee who has been here.

During some of the coldest days of the year with temperatures at night below 30 degrees our furnace died. Hubbie found Energy Pro online and called. Gentleman came and inspected system and gave us options. We decided to have the furnace replaced and found the price to be decent. The next day Justin and Dylan showed up to install furnace. I will tell you that these fellas were very professional and did an excellent job throughout the process communicating. At the conclusion of the install they cleaned up and provided pictures so that I could share with hubbie in a text and they answered any questions we had. I highly recommend this company and coming from someone from a training and customer experience background I can say that they are trained well in addition to being genuinely nice guys. Very warm and happy customers thank you for making this a great experience.

Bryce did a great job. He was very careful around my plants and things so nothing was damaged. He did a good job cleaning everything out and was thorough. He was very polite and courteous.

Connie and Darrin arrived on time and went through exactly all the updates and changes they were making. They updated my draining system since it was installed incorrectly and provided me with great information going forward. It was a long job and took around 5 hours to complete. I highly recommend using them as well as the company! Great men and great business!

Thank God family-oriented businesses that don't rob people still exist. Jordan from energy pro got our broken thermostat back up and running for a very reasonable and fair price while everyone else wanted to upsell and install a completely new system. Jordan was the most down to earth guy we've ever had come fix something in our home. Going forward we'll only trust this company with our HVAC needs! Don't call anyone at lse because I'm sure they'll try and rip you off. Jordan and the energy pro team are where it's at.
