We have had a parade of companies through AHS out to fix our heat pump starting in the summer for AC, then have been w/o heat since eo Nov with people throwing everything they had at this with no success. Last was an offer to run a sealant and 3-4# of coolant or replace the coil. Suspecting BS, we had Stoneman's Dustin out who confirmed it did NOT need coolant or a coil, but replaced some blown fuses in panel, then checked outside unit/wiring to find/replace a worn wire that was shorting out system. We're done with AHS and any other company except Stoneman from now on.

They came out fast. Just had to wait for the part but once it came in they were quick to repair. Had more issues they were quick to fix the issues and very reasonable on the billing. Hope the issue is fixed so far so good.
