We recently had our heat pump replaced. Stoneman responded quickly when we called and prepared an estimate for us promptly then waited patiently while we decided to go ahead with the job. They did a good job and completed installation within the time space they had promised. They have helped us several times in the past with repairs as well. Everyone we’ve worked with has been friendly and professional.

The replacement of the thermostat was done professionally. As was the service of the HVAC but am concerned that I need a new draft inducer when it was replaced back in 2017 and was told that they should last 25 years or so . Am wondering if the replacement fan was an OEM fan or not.

I used Stoneman to replace both of my heat pumps. After getting 3 separate estimates, Stoneman was not only the least expensive, but had the best product to fit my needs. The technicians we exactly on time, put drop cloths throughout the house to prevent the carpet from getting dirty, and cleaned everything up once they were done. Derrick was easy to work with and fully understood our requirements. Our units are performing perfectly. Since our installation, I gave one of our friends Stoneman's contact info, and they too used Stoneman to replace their heat pump. Extremely satisfied with the professionalism of Derrick and the technicians that installed our units.

Kevin came out today to do our yearly inspection. He was on time, courteous and professional. He answered our questions and gave us good advice about furnace filters .
Overall we've been very pleased with Stoneman HVAC. One year ago they installed our system in our new construction modular home. They included us in decisions about duct and equipment placement, installed a nice system, and were consistently polite and professional.
