Humidifier repair. Stoneman installed our system when our house was built 8 years ago and I have always been happy with their service, but not so much this time. I pointed out that I had traced the electrical lines from the humidifier to the panel and one wire had become disconnected. The tech could not figure out the wiring and just disconnected everything and wired it back differently while throwing a ton of jargon at me like I would know what the hell he was talking about. While trying to figure it out, it seemed like he was just randomly trying different things and at one point sparks flew. I have not idea if anything was damaged or if the humidifier is working correctly now and this was a $285 repair. Also, it was supposedly because of one part which I was told they'd have in a day or two and at took 3 weeks to come back and finish the job. Disappointed this time.

Replaced both units in a two zone system and installed a mini split system to heat/cool garage and room over garage. Very competitive pricing and quality/professional installation. We have been running all of the new systems for several months with no problems. I would not hesitate to use Stoneman again for these services or recommend them to friends and family.

Stoneman helped diagnose and repair a recurring issue I had with my AC for a couple of years that was never done correctly by another company. They were very responsive and able to send out someone quickly from the time I first contacted them. Would highly recommend.

Had a excellent experience with Stoneman, Jeff, owner and service tech, Dustin. I was visiting my 88 year old mother from out of town and realized her system wasn't working well. Called Dustin on Friday at 5:00 explained concern and he called Jeff. Jeff responded back within 5 minutes. Dustin was at my mother's house Monday morning and back on Tuesday to replace the indoor coiling which luckily was still under warranty. Dustin was polite and efficient. Jeff stayed in contact with me in reference to getting the warranty details handled. Even though I am sure this company is very busy with a great number of clients, Jeff continued to answer my questions quickly in helping us get this repair handled. Would definitely recommend this company to others!

Joe & his team came today to install an upgrade to our duct system as suggested by Joe. This process took less than half an hour! They were QUICK, EFFICIENT, COURTEOUS & PROFESSIONAL!!! Not only that, they CLEANED UP so well you couldn’t even tell they had been here! We have used Stonemen Heating & Air for the past 12 years and could not be happier. They are fair priced, have a trained staff who KNOW what they’re doing…We could go on and on so just let us end by saying you cannot go wrong with Stoneman Heating & Air!

Stoneman has been my go to HVAC contractor because I can always depend on getting the right help from their front desk to their service technicians. Always friendly, always helpful making my appointments and their technicians call ahead when on their way, these are of great value to me.

When a clogged drain caused a leak from my attic to the first floor Stoneman reacted quickly and had a technician here the next day (we turned the unit off to prevent further damage). The problem was diagnosed and repaired and more importantly remedied so that it would not happen again within a few hours. I have been through many HVAC repair companies through the years, thankfully Stoneman Heating & Air Conditioning Inc is the only one I will call from now on.

Stoneman followed through well with fixing a unit they had installed 7 years ago that had developed a leak. The repair was very professionally done.
