Hi I am Linda, my sister had Joe come out yesterday to look at the gas heating problem that existed.

Joe came out and repaired the problem. He was very professional diagnosing the problem in a short time period. He not only solved the problem, but he explained what the problem was to us.

After 27 years we finally needed to have both units in a two zone HVAC system replaced. The price was right and the installation was painless!!! The crew was efficient and knew exactly what they were doing; very professional and cleaned up like they were never there. We have used Stoneman many times for their yearly HVAC maintenance over the years and they were our first choice to install a new system. Thank you guys!! And Mary K!! you are the best.

We have had a contract for several years with Stoneman. They provide semi-annual check-ups and repairs as needed. We have found them to be quite reliable and trustworthy. They have been really accommodating regarding scheduling. When parts are under warranty, they appropriately take this into account. In addition to routine service, over the years they have had to replace in a heat pump unit and replace two coils as well as bring a thermostat back to life. It is nice to know someone has your back regarding this important aspect of home ownership.

First the techs that came to the house on all occasions were all professional, courteous and respectful. They all represented your company well. Few things that could have made the experience better. First call the dispatcher said the eta was 1pm, the tech came late in the day and said I have no idea why we were told 1pm this was the last call of the day and he had a 1pm on the other side of town. I think two weeks went by after the first visit and when I called to check on the status I was told the part was in and they could come the next day to install. It wasn't a huge deal because its is not hot out yet but would like to have know that once the part arrived after waiting 2 weeks they would have been ready to install the part and not wait for me to call to check the status. During the second visit I am sure it was a honest simple mistake but the disconnect in the crawl space was left off and we went through the night with no AC. This was not a big deal as it was not even hot out. Tech came back in the morning and got us up and running and all is well. Tech was supper nice and came first thing in the morning so Thank you very much for that. I am giving 4 stars mostly because every one was friendly and nice and from what I can tell did good quality work. With a few check and balance process improvements this could have even been an even better experience. The simple question is would I recommend Stoneman to a friend or a family member? I feel they are honest and trustworthy in a business that is not always in my opinion ethical. Yes I would recommend them to a friend or family member!

10/10 recommend this company!! Derrick Diffee the salesman was such a pleasure to work with. Took about a week for the parts to come in which I thought was great considering how hard it is to get stuff in these days! Quote was given the same day Derrick came out to take a look, and once I gave him the go ahead to order the new system - he had us scheduled to get it put in a week later. Then the three guys (Peter, Mark and Travis) that came to install were awesome! Super friendly and informative, did a great job and even cleaned up the mess! Took them a little over 4 hours to put the whole system in. Will definitely refer them and use them again.

Fast response time and showed up on time very neat and professional offered explanation of our problem, followed by solution, and repairs were made A+
