My A/C went out on a Sunday in May when it was getting hot and every HVAC company was 2 weeks out for new install let alone if they had the unit in stock or not. Derrick Diffe at Stoneman Heating & Air made it happen in a 5 days! The team who came out and did the install were polite and professional. What set Stoneman apart from the other companies that I got quotes from, I got a call from the owner, Jeff Butler, who made sure I didn't have any questions with their proposal. Stoneman did end up having the best price from the other companies I shopped and they delivered! A must call when shopping to have an HVAC system serviced or replaced.

I bought an older home with electric baseboard heat and wanted to explore the option of installing a heat pump. My first contact with Stoneman Heating and Air was with Mr. Goodman. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful as he explained the different options available to me. The installers were prompt, efficient and professional. They evaluated/moved the thermostat to an optimal location. The air handler had to be installed in an indoor closet. The installers were careful to protect floors and, upon completion, the clean-up job was so well done that it was difficult to tell if they were ever there. Very satisfied with the quality of the equipment (Trane), the cost, and the people. Thanks to Stoneman Heating and Air, I look forward to year-around comfort in our new/old home

We have been very pleased with the service and professionalism of Stoneman over the course of 15 years. We have had two 3 ton Trane heat pumps installed by them and they continue to be our go-to hvac contractor. The most recent install in 2019 went faster than anticipated with technicians showing up on-time and eager to work. They covered carpeting that leads to the interior air handler and cleaned up afterwards. They kindly answered all questions and were sincerely interested in ensuring quality and satisfaction. The company has been fair and trust-worthy in all service interactions. Highly recommend checking with them for your HVAC service needs.

I was very pleased with the work done by the guys from Stoneman who installed my over the stove hood vent liner and exhaust fan. This required some creativity to get the ductwork to fit correctly. They were very professional and knew how to complete the project. Thank you!

I have used this company since 1995. They are honest, trustworthy and very experienced. My heat pump is 27 years old and only needed 1 minor repair in 2015. The technicians have never told me anything in reference to replacing or repairing it until now. It will be replaced at a fair price in November. I highly recommend this company as I’ve known many people who have been swindled by their HVAC company.

This service is polite, patient, and prompt. I appreciate that them deal directly with me; I do not have to go through pressing buttons or listening to really bad music waiting for them to answer. Also I am grateful for their willingness to provide estimates which provide choices as to cost, time , and equipment

I can't even begin to tell you how AMAZING Stoneman Customer Service is! From Jeff (the Tech that came to my house), to Steve Lawson (Service Manager), to the owner of the company, Charles!!! They totally went up to bat for the customer. They stepped in when another HVAC company was trying to pull a fast one on us. They talked to Trane on my behalf and (2 weeks outside of a 10 year warranty) they were able to get Trane to cover the parts.
Luckily, I kept meticulous documentation on an HVAC unit that was/probably is a "lemon". 10 years of issues and I'm thrilled to thank Stoneman from the bottom of my wallet. :-)
