Steve did an incredible job repairing our upstairs AC unit....and he did it on the 4th of July!! He is prompt, knowledgable, honest, courteous, reasonably priced and very skilled at what he does. He was out to the house quickly and we had AC and a cooler house within an hour! I highly recommend Steve Coelho and Evergreen Heating and Air....You won't be disappointed!

Evergreen is a fantastic locally owned company. They have been taking care of all my HVAC needs for over a year. Just this morning I noticed my HVAC was on the fritz. I messaged Evergreen and they were able to squeeze me in to their schedule and within hours, my house was back to normal. Teamwork makes the dream work! The night before one of my listings was due to close, the a/c went out. Upon this discovery (which happened at 7:45pm), I called Steve and he was there right away. As a realtor, I need skilled and trustworthy professionals in my corner to help ensure that everything stays on track and on time. We called Evergreen as a second opinion after our AC stopped working and Eveready Service Experts quoted us 2.5k for a compressor and mainly tried to upsell us their leasing plan and pushed us to replace our whole AC (their Advantage Program). We should have known when they came out with a repair person and a sales person.

Evergreen came out and let us know that indeed it was the compressor that was the issue and that he could replace first to see if anything was wrong with the indoor unit. If he found that something was wrong inside and we needed a new AC, he would return the compressor and we could just buy a new complete unit at a much better price than ESE quoted.

We agreed and it turned out that nothing was wrong with the inside unit so all we had to replace was the compressor (1 yr labor and parts warranty). He quoted 2.1k for that AND adding another register to our upstairs bedroom. So happy we called him and we really appreciate his transparency and efforts to help us understand how our AC works. Will be reaching back out to him for any future needs.

It was also a nice touch that him and his helper wore booties to cover their shoes while they were in the house.

For the past week or more, my husband and myself could not figure out what was wrong with our furnace. We tried all of the various things the manual suggests. Finally I broke down and requested help. Evergreen Heating and Air came to the rescue. They were prompt, professional, responsive and they also gave me a few pointers. They diagnosed the problem within minutes. I cannot say enough good things about this company's customer service. I have used several companies in the past and I know it is hard to find top notch professionals. Thus, I want to let you know that in my opinion Evergreen Heating and Air is by far the best.

I needed my furnace cleaned and checked for peace of mind in our new home. Steven, the owner, was proficient and thorough. He even gave me a furmace checklist, and I've never been given one in my 30 years of home ownership. He also installed a Nest thermostat for the heat pump powered furnace. I'm extremely pleased with his work, and glad I now have my own HVAC guy.

I can't say enough good about Steve Coelho. He has a good heart and truly cares about his customers. His prices are very fair, and his work is excellent. When you run across someone like this, you want to hang on to them and recommend them to everyone else!
