Steve and his company were given great reviews by our neighborhood email group.
I therefore called Steve for a 2nd opinion after a maintenance check from another company that suggested one minor repair and one costly repair to my system. Steve conducted a complete check of the system and determined that it was operating efficiently and in his opinion, the major repair was not necessary at the present time. He did make the minor repair at a reasonable cost.
Steve is most professional, and I appreciated his honesty and the great information and advice.
I will certainly call him for future maintenance checks and when it's time to replace my system.

I found Evergreen Heating & Air through recommendations on Nextdoor when our downstairs heat mysteriously stopped working. Steve came out to take a look the same day I called and gave options for repairing the existing furnace or installing a new furnace. Since our furnace was pretty old, we opted to have him replace it completely. Steve was super communicative and gave us his honest opinions throughout the entire process, which we greatly appreciated. His prices were reasonable and much more affordable than a second quote we secured from a larger company. The job was rather complicated as we live in The Fan and the space where the furnace is located is tight, but Steve & Konstantine made every effort to ensure the new furnace could be installed safely and would meet the city's code requirements. They worked a long day, but at the end of it we had heat again - just in time before the weather really turned cold. I highly recommend Evergreen Heating & Air for any HVAC needs.

Steve and Constantine were very professional in their communication and initiative. They were both personable and conveyed the nature of the work they were doing and the outlay of the service contract. My 91 year old mother has a contract with them and highly recommended them. I was very pleased with Evergreen Heating service and would also recommend them.

This company provides amazing service. I called on a Saturday morning 4th of July and the owner was at my house within the hour. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my first floor AC and had me up and running very quickly. Highly recommend Steve for all of your HVAC needs.

I had an emergency with my heat pump after a storm and I reached out to Evergreen via their website and within a few minutes I received a response email and a call to schedule an appointment. I let Steve know it was an emergency and I was able to get my system taken care of within hours! Steve showed up on time and was very professional and was able to fix my heat pump --I was worried I had to sleep in a hot house tonight! Thank you Evergreen!

Called on Evergreen to diagnose a musty smell coming from my A/C vents. They explained that coils could be coated in dust and that cleaning is included in a system "tune up". We scheduled a tune up visit and Steve showed up on time and went right to work. After finding some insulation that had come loose and covered part of the coil, he also discovered that the fan in our outdoor unit was spinning the wrong way! This is a major problem that could contribute to the musty smell and cause damage to the condenser. He quickly evaluated the possible causes and fixed the problem by replacing a relatively inexpensive part. I never felt that Steve tried to sell me unnecessary parts or services. I will not hesitate to call Evergreen the next time I need HVAC service. Highly recommended!

He was at my house before 9 on Sunday morning, quickly getting my unit up and running! He is knowledgeable, courteous, and charged a very reasonable price. I highly recommend using his services.
