McCarthy did an excellent job installing a new Carrier HVAC system. They were very responsive and did a good professional installation . And the price seemed reasonable .

Everybody I dealt with was great, especially Brian, who kicked everything off and explained our options clearly and without hiding costs anywhere. Our water heater broke and because of code, in order to update to a tankless we had to replace our ancient hvac system. They did everything in record time (less than 48 hours from when the water heater broke) and we had hot water and a new hvac much, much faster than we expected. It also cost less than a previous estimate we got for just hvac replacement. I will call them again when I need repairs or service for this kind of thing.

Ran a little late, but so far, new water heater working well. Installation looks good, technician was good to deal with. Price was best of several.

Had to have them out on the Fourth of July. They came right away. No questions asked and they were very professional. They actually have to come back another day but that initial response was much appreciated.

Mr. Diaz did an excellent job in fast identifying the broken circuit and replacing it to enable the cooling system back to work. Great job. Appreciated!

Starting with the estimater, he showed up on time and gave us a great price.
Install was done in a single day for gas furnace, air conditioning and water heater. Install was neat and after they left, you could not even tell they were here. Gave us best price of 3 estimates for identical equipment and since install seems flawless I think we got the best deal we could have got.

Many negatives were addressed about my HVAC system … none to do with furnace.. a competent tech would have addressed one problem … pull a wad of debris from the fan blower: causing an imbalance resulting in a total household vibration scenario for a year or more… snd he found other nefarious items that were considered wrong…
… and a comment that we should not repair for $3500 but replaced for nearly $11,000.. as if we were in a financial position to assume such a debt considering it took us five years to pay off the original installation fee of 7200.
….. we were told that the thermostat needed to be replaced …. Wow.
No amount of squirming on my part was any detterent to “.. a mew thermostat is needed to complete the guarantee…

Extremely professional: great capacity to connect with another human (me), who obviously didn’t know much at all about A/C and great capacity to explain things in simple terms. Thumbs up.

Great experience. Rich was very professional. When they found that they didn't have the right part to fix my heating, they came by later that day with space heaters to make sure I'd be comfortable until the parts arrived. I felt like they were looking out for me.

Tyrone and his team were professional, courteous, and efficient. They were particularly careful to make sure all of our pets were accounted for while they worked, and they even corrected a flaw in our piping set-up that we hadn't even known was an issue. Would definitely recommend them.
