Very polite, professional, knowledgeable and personable from office staff to Techs. Central unit went toes up and they replaced outside and inside (tight space) units in an HOA environment. They worked with a couple of HOA regulatons with ease and even in the rain on the day of installation. They took great care to protect flooring as well as the outside environment.
