Air Handlers installed a new HVAC system for my home. Tom and the Guys did a great job. Everyone involved were great to deal with from the Office (Kelly and Jessica), to the Install (Tom, Josh, Bill, and 2 others whose name I cannot remember). I highly recommend Air Handlers for your HVAC needs.

Brandon has been to my house several times for hvac service and he is a most polite , efficient and pleasant man . He does a terrific job and has never left any mess behind . He is very efficient and arrives on time . I recommend him highly. Trustworthy!!

I was charged and paid $465 to have the technician clear a blocked drain. It was "after hours" and between the approximate time of 5:15 pm and 6:45 pm. No parts were required. I called to get an explanation but she really could not explain why there were 3 charges. 1)Diagnostic Inspection—$159. 2) Miscellaneous Time — $81. 3) Clfl 30 $225. No matter how you cut it, this was highway robbery. Technicians should NOT have full reign to bill as they see fit. If the charges aren't "by the hour" then whatever formula is used should be made available to customer service so they can explain it. So now, I'm writing this company off as another that bills according to the vehicle in the driveway.I'm appalled.

Airhandlers is a very professional business tgat puts customers first. I have used them for years. Todays service was no different. Bernard showed up on time in his very clean and well maintained service truck to provide routine service on both my hvac units. He was very friendly and informative. Explained a few items to note and for us, i was included, to keep an eye on. He was respectful to my property and listened attentively while i was was asking questions.
