Air Handlers Heating & Cooling

I have used air handlers at both my Virginia Beach houses and I have to say they are an amazing company. From the first phone call to job completion, they set the bar. Recently, my heat pump stopped working and Glenn was sent out within 2 hours of me calling. He troubleshot the heat pump and allowed me to watch and learn more about the system as he worked diligently to find the issue. Within an hour he had the problem accurately diagnosed and Glenn was out the next day with the new part to fix it. He performed the repair within the time they said it would take. The company allowed me to sign up for the maintenance contract and I received the savings listed immediately which helped me out financially and set me up for two checkups a year, priority service if something goes wrong and an increased warranty on the repair Glenn performed. If you are looking for a trustworthy company, air handlers is the one!!

I have been using this company for years. Reliable, respectful and responsive. Today had Cody and Datwan for seasonal maintenance. Very friendless and helpful. Over the years they have replaced both my units.

My technician was on time and professional. He was able to service my HVAC unit efficiently. He was clear and concise with his recommendations and advice for further care of my system. I would use Air Handlers again for my HVAC needs.

Professional and timely. My maintenance plan comes in handy as they catch things as a system gets older to keep it running. New install of condenser and heating coil by Cody, Datwan and Jackson went smoothly.
