Air Handlers Heating & Cooling

I've used Air Handlers several times. Lindsy is friendly and always goes out of her way to help as quick as possible. I have had many companies attempt to fix my geothermal, but I only trust Kevin, he is extremely knowledgeable. I definitely recommend!

The heat went out in February on a 25º day and the AC went out yesterday when it was 95º! Both times, Air Handlers has come to the rescue with prompt, professional service. The other companies that I called didn't have availability for a week but Air Handlers sent Bernard the next day! He was polite, professional, and efficient, restoring our blessed AC!

Bernard at AirHandlers VA was exceptional. Showed up promptly on time; worked around a business meeting I had since I work from home; installed and verified the new Nest thermostat was functioning correctly- showed me the temp differentials for the heat and cooling in the different rooms, and helped me game plan for how to best keep my Hvac equipment serviced and maintained. I would without hesitation recommend this company to anyone for their HVAC needs.
From Kelly who helped us schedule the appointment to Bernard who performed the service work - my experience with this company so far has been top notch.

Starting with the customer service from Lindsy, friendly, helpful, getting me in touch with the right people, scheduling an appointment and following up in a timely manner. Kevin came out and serviced my unit, was very professional, provided guidance, explained the issues in a way that was easy to comprehend. I feel better with Air Handlers servicing my HVAC equipment.

Their office staff is amazing and I was exceptionally pleased with their technicians- Brandon and Bernard. They asked the right questions and fixed the problems they could right away! They worked at both my rental and office building today 💪🏽 and we will continue to use them for our new service and maintenance.

We have been using the services of Air Handlers for 14 years and have always found them to be fair, efficient and reliable. Couple that with excellent customer service and great knowledge and we have never gone elsewhere for AC or heat services. The fact that they are family owned also is a great benefit. We know what we are getting when we call Josh (or sometimes his dad, Bill) to help solve a problem...a fast response and stellar work. Highly recommend.

We have used Air Handlers for years and always been very satisfied with their services. We use their Maintnance plan and Lindsy has been scheduling us for years. Lindsy always responds promptly when we call and makes sure that our needs are taken care of.
