Brandon, K and Steven were very professional and did a great job installing a ductless system in our room over the garage and a replacement A.C. unit for our upstairs. They took great care of our floors by using drop cloths from the front door to the upstairs. Thanks guys, looking forward to a nice cool summer.

My upstairs AC unit failed during the middle of the night. Called first thing in the morning and was able to get same day service and get it repaired. They were the only company of the 8+ that I called to offer same day and help me out. I think the prices were on the high side and a little much, but for same day service and fixing my AC in the middle of summer I can’t complain too much. The techs I dealt with were also very professional and knowledgeable.

The service provided by Airhandler's recently was an Olympic perfect 10.0. Brandon was joined by Bernard, and not only did they provide efficient service, but also they respected our home. These accolades include Lindsey's good office. Communications with her are always clear and dependable.

I subscribed to Airhandler's Red Ribbon program, and I received BLUE RIBBON service. My satisfaction is genuine.

Bernard came by my house by the YMCA on Bute ST Norfolk (through Cavalier Land Realty) last week during that heat wave and got my air conditionign working really fast again! I was so grateful! HE was super friendly and professional and FAST and explained everthing. What an awesome experience - thank you so much - please let him know I appreciated him SO MUCH. Hope I got his name right :-)

Air Handlers has been our HVAC company for many years. We decided to upgrade this year and the unit was promptly installed. We had a lot of issues with the unit and Air Handlers made it a priority to to come each time we called. They even had a representative from the manufacturer come and help figure out what the problem was. It turned out to be a faulty unit. It was quickly replaced. They were very diligent in finding the problem. All the technicians were awesome. Very polite and courteous. I highly recommend Air Handlers for any HVAC work.

I highly recommend Air Handlers for anything HVAC related! Josh and technicians Kevin and Brandon all provided excellent customer service while installing our mini split (which btw, works great!) They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of as a customer. Their skill and knowledge is second to none. I only wish they were in the construction business as well! We need more companies like Air Handlers in Hampton Roads.

Purchased a home in November 2019. Heat worked fine during the winter, but when it came time for AC...it would not turn on. Complex Carrier HVAC system. Called Airhandlers. They came out the next morning, diagnosed the problem quickly, scheduled the repair a couple of days later.. The system now works perfectly. Very professional, on-time, and a very good value. I highly recommend...so much so that I signed a maintenance contract with them. Kevin (technician) was terrific!

Josh and the whole team are awesome. I have now 3 mini splits all from Air Handlers. I even had the new— in the ceiling mini split that saves precious wall space.

They work great. Very responsive. They also replaced my moms 20 yr old HVAC heat pump.
