Kenneth did an outstanding job as always! He’s been our technician for many years and always takes care of us!

I was very disappointed by how the company handled my situation. This was my very first and last time that i ever request any type of services from them. I called to schedule an electrician’s visit and i was told a certain amount of money to pay on the phone which i agreed to and when the technician got to my place, he not only didn’t contact me(who made the appointment to let me know of what was happening and get my approval before working on anything) he started working on the machine and i ended paying 4 times the amount agreed on. I complained abt it to the customer service agent and she promised that the manager would get back to me and he never did. Overall, if you want to end up paying more than you planned definitely call this company.they are horrible

Dave did a great job when fixing my microwave outlet. So I called them for my sump pump and Ray came out and fixed it even in the storm. I would definitely use them again.
