Paul did a great job! He diagnosed the issue right away and gave me all of the pricing options up front. I like that there were no "surprise" costs, and they charged me less than the other two companies that had quoted me for the exact same thing. His assistant also seemed very knowledgeable and professional. It was great they had all the equipment necessary already equipped in their company truck so the repair was quicker than I had anticipated. I'll definitely be calling A Action again for any other repairs in my home.

A Action has consistently exceeded my expectations. I have used them 3 times for both plumbing and electrical issues. Most recently was to fix an emergency water leak. They responded the same day, correctly diagnosed the problem, provided upfront pricing, and resolved the issue. Service is professional and congenial. I would highly recommend them.

Today is Dec 8, 2020. I had my kitchen faucet replaced due to leaking issue, service was performed by a polite, good mannered gentleman named Ray. He did the job smoothly, no discussions, no arguments, did his work properly, he also found some problem on the dish washing/garbage connections and propose repair on it which i plan to have it fixed springtime. I previously called for another company but was disheartened by the rude and unprofessional manner of its employee, i didn't go through the repair process, just paid the service charge. The former company which is supposedly a well known one needs to educate and train their employees as to customer service, but i guess politeness is inherent, a person is born with it, no amount of education would suffice to change their personality. Quick response to an AC failure during a heat wave. Came when they promised, quick, quality repair at a fair price. They’ve been my go-to for over 20 years, and my parents used them before that.

Dana is just the best!! He’s been servicing our home for 3 years and we look forward to seeing him every time he comes! He’s timely and helpful!

Ray is a great plumber. He arrived at my home right away and figured out the cause of the plugged up kitchen sink.. I was expecting a huge bill but only paid $49. I LOVE this company.

My garbage disposal was stuck. Mr. Ray Vermillion, did an excellent job in correcting my garbage disposal not working.

Ray came out yesterday morning right on time and completed the repair to my water heater quickly and thoroughly..
